Hard to see still. What did you used to inoculate? Spore syringe or spore print?

Try taking a picture of it held up to a light shining through the back

For me,it lookscontaminated. I'm not familiar with all the names of the molds, but I've noticed one that almost looks like milk. I need to start getting those down.
I could be myc but it looks too clear in the center, and looks kind of "puddle" like.

How old is it? And did you make the syringe? If so, how?

I don't really see any myc on there, I'd try noccing some more plates in the meantime while these grow out some more.
what nutes are in your agar?

Your first pics were too hard for me to see, but the "new" pic is definitely bacterial. I don't see any mycelium there. I've never had luck with syringes onto agar. Ever. Not even once. If it's a syringe, it goes to a BRF cake that I then clone from. For spores, I always just drag my loop on a dry spore print and then drag it across the agar. It works very well.

I've had great luck with syringes I get from sporeworks, some grow out clean, apperantly, first run.

same
Almost<--- all clean on first go. Not always the strongest til the first transfer but ive mayb had 5% of the plates go bacterial or moldy from that vendors syringes.

It's about a week old at this point

I made the syringe from a print I just made not that long ago.

Ya probably bad if its that old. Unless it ape ha. That can grow super slow and in dense pockets, but that's about all I've seen that could even be a maybe.

I've never made a syringe, but check your sterile tek maybe. Make sure your water is sterilized.

It's definitely bacterial. But if the spores end up germinating and you wait long enough they can outgrow the bacteria and you will eventually have some mycelium to transfer

I completely agree with others this looks extremely bacterial and is probably just gonna be a loss.

I've never had luck with trying to let the myc from spores out grow bacteria. It always ends up hitching a ride with the myc when its contaminated from the get go for me. Even if I take the tiniest rice sized transfer from the very tip of the leading edge it doesnt work for me.  At least with a regular 10glme 10g agar recipe that is.

I'm seeing some success by germinating questionable spores on a 4g lme 10g agar recipe. Seeems like the bacteria doesnt have enough nutrition to spread out quickly along with the mycelium when using lower nutes in plates. At least thats my observation so far. I'm no pro tho so take it with a grain of salt plz.
