Drying with flavor wave oven/turbo ?

It is getting humid here and it takes forever to air dry the shrooms with a fan, I checked those fruit dehydrators but they are mostly designed for sliced fruits and I sometimes get monster fruits and they're not gonna fit there, So I considered using something like this. U need air flow for a good drying process so I think I can keep the lid a bit open. Has anyone ever tried them ? What are your thoughts?

Well I dont have access to any product of presto here, the cost doesn't matter so much and these chinese flavor wave turbos (oven) aren't gonna cost more than 50$. Would u give a link or something to that presto you're using anyway so I can make comparison!

I wonder how people use these to dry their shrooms cuse they seem to have a very low hight (2.5-3 cm) between the racks ! I sometimes get 5-6 cm thickness (caps) !

The brand doesn't matter - just get a dehydrator that will reach 160f with forced airflow. You can snap the base of the fresh cap and fold it flat with the stem so they dry flat, but look like a fully intact mushroom.
