How long is too long for PE tub consolidation?

I’ve unfortunately timed my project poorly and I’m afraid I won’t be around to pick the first flush around Memorial Day weekend. I’ve got a couple 1:2 spawn:sub tubs that I bagged up a few days ago to consolidate. Is there any problem If I leave them for a full 3 weeks or before casing/introducing FAE?

You've got the sub wrapped in a bag or you're fruiting from mycobags? Basically once it's fully colonized it'll start to pin when it's ready to pin not just when you introduce "fruiting conditions". So if it starts pinning still wrapped up or with almost no fae it probably won't be to good of a flush. Most people around here that I've seen just go straight to fruiting conditions now. If you'll only be gone that weekend I'd spawn it and either pick your fruits before you leave if there ready or if there not ready just leave em and pick when you get back.

Introduce fruiting conditions at spawning is now known to be fine/best way to go about it. Light and air from the beginning. No need to cover/not introduce FAE. Fae and light helps at all stages, you can introduce more though when a pinset is filled in.
As far as PE goes I've been recently working with it and casings and you can case it at 100% colonization or slightly beforehand. However a new method has been introduced to me that is just a heavy 1-2 inch top layer of coir gently pressed down. Make sure if you go with a regular casing that you pasteurize it because it will definately lead to contaminated casing layer if you dont.

5qts spawn and 10qts CVG are already mixed, in tubs that are currently sitting in garbage bags colonizing.

Ok. So begin fruiting immediately and then case at 100%.
My last(and first) tub was in 2017 and trying to search the forum for what the current standard du jour is a motherfucker because you’re still mainly getting threads from 2018 and ‘19. Adding the PE variety doesn’t help either. Thanks.
From your previous experience, what do you think the odds are that the first flush pops before the end of May? I bagged them up on the 4th.

Look up pastywhyte ez dialed monotubs it's great for pretty much all cubes and PE. One of best treks as far as monotub style goes.
And it's possible depends on genetics if they are fast growers but most of mine took between 4 and 6 weeks

One of my tubs is from ‘17 so it’s got the two large long side holes with the one higher short side hole on each side. The other tub is untouched so I might wait until after the grow to drill that one up.
