This happens to me from time to time with germ plates. You may even notice this kind of growth forming what looks like a halo around the perimeter of your culture, it's just mycelium.

I always use the standard recipe of 10gr agar, 10gr LME 500ml h20, and then double it.

I'm not sure that it's much more than that, your mycelium just hasn't "filled in" yet. People may say that softer agar would be better for germ, but this happens infrequently ime.

If you transfer that growth to a new plate you'll have no issue, so long as it's clean.

Edit:

This happens every time I've ever tried to use grain soak water for nutes.

Some more contamination pics. Pretty sure the clear growth isn't myc. Looks fuzzy and is starting to turn yellow. The clear growth is actually pretty fast when I transfer it, do you think the myc will pass it up eventually so I can get a clean transfer?

The last pic is myc growing with it, turning yellow in the center and has a ring going around like the other pics.

The turning yellow might just be the mycelium eating away the colored dye used for the plates. Depends on if it's on the actual mycelium or not I guess.
Check the bottom of the plate, if it's losing coloring that's prbly all it is.  Kind of looks like that's the case in pic 3 and 6.
