ID Request: Early May Michigan 2021

Habitat:
Grown in mulch wood chips. It is colder today about 55f, but it was warm this weekend 75-80f.

Gills:
Attached gills

Stem:
Short and quite thick, white, and solid

Cap:
Cap is convex. Brown color. 20-30mm in diameter.

Spore print color:
After 8 hours on paper there still was no spore print

Bruising:
No bruising which is strange.

They look very similar to Cubes I've gotten in the past, I am just unsure as to what they are because there is no bruising

Psilocybe cubensis does NOT grow wild in Michigan, you may thembl in someone's closet, but not outside. The observation that you presented is to immature for me to identify, they could be Agrocybe but I don't know for sure.

If you could take in situ pictures again in a couple of days and show us the gills/bottom of the cap and spore color that would help a lot.

Cyans have been found in southern michigan in the ann arbor area, but those come up in the fall.
