Lumpy WBS, try to salvage or just ditch it?
    #27294208 - 05/04/21 03:39 PM (3 years, 8 months ago)

I shook my pints the other day and had one jar with a golfball sized lump that just wouldn't break up (I messed up, dropped the agar wedge inside the SAB and used it anyway...figured this one would contaminate-probably trich). It recovered OK, but not as fast as the other jars.  My first thought is to just trash it, but I'm wondering if it could produce anything either by top fruiting or just by spawning to a shoebox like normal.

At this point I'm just playing around and have no emotional attachment to this jar. First time with WBS and I expected worse than I got so far.

It's contaminated... looks like I have two jars that are bad.. probably because I need better agar skills as well as not being such a fumblefuck..  I'm mostly curious about trying to fruit them despite the problems.

EDIT: Both jars look like shit in the picture... I'll probably just toss them.

Edit2:
I spawned the two worst looking jars to the same tub and the other three to their own tub. The bad looking jar tub has gone nuts with a thick flush and good sized mushrooms. The "good" tub just produced a few pins and stalled. Both seem really slow though.
