Poor mycellium growth on agar. Wait or go straight to grain with LC?

Hi All, Please help!
inoculated X2 agar plates on 18th April evening (about 15 days ago) (agar itself arrived April 15th) following failed attempt with X3 set of agar plates (too much LC applied and mould development and? condensation as room not consistent 26 degrees).
This time totally sanitised room, plates are sealed with injection port, plates kept in still air box and room kept pretty consistently at 26 degrees in small bedroom heated via radiator and thermastat controlled. I dont have a better solution.
Still trying to get clear golden teacher mycellium as I've seen online. The grain and substrate tubs have just been kept idle at room temperature with no open windows or direct sunlight since March 10th. I'm worried they are no longer viable?!
Just not getting obvious white mycellium even on this second attempt to agar so considering giving up and risking going straight to grain from remaining LC currently stored in fridge in syringe. See photos of agar attached. Is this just mould or should I keep going?
I've got one untouched agar plate left but running out of patience really. Give in and go straight to grain considering time left idle or wait it out?
Thanks so much!

There is no mycelium here I can see, the inoculate you use here, won't necessarily be any better on grains. If the inoculate is unusable, taking it to grains won't help.
This looks like a brf puck situation, but honestly, your syringe/LC is probably bunk
LCs are not for beginners at all, how do you know you made a proper one?

Thank you very much for reply.
Yes as much as I want to blame myself, I've just never had mycellium growth on agar from this spore syringe. I didn't make it myself this is purchased.
Never experienced this before.

Yes, I would say it’s the syringe, my room fluctuates from 19-30c windows open most of the time they get sunlight and they grow just fine. Keep on trying.

Cheers. I'll get a fresh syringe and try again. Hesitant to use my last agar plate with the same syringe. Hopefully the company will give me some fresh agar and a spore syringe. Worried my grain and substrate is drying out in the interim.
