Prepped an outdoor bed at my buds house today. I tucked some spawn bags aside for him to run an outdoor crop.

Not even worth it without protecting against the skunks and raccoons.

Ordered a radiant heater with a thermostat on it so the temp in my lab stops swinging from 62°F to 86°F. Making all kinda wetness in mine spawn. This shit was prime condition before it hung out in my lab for a few days. Ahh well...shit looks super clean, jst a bit wet.

Good to be back boys! First day back on the threads and it's so nice to see all these lovely grows. Spent the last two hours scouring over the pics and threads i've missed

I took a lot of pics but ill just post the one's im most proud of right now haha, got some PE monotubs running finally and they put out very nicely! All MS, the clones are gonna be coming up next and hoping to see some good results.

This one had a cluster cut out in the middle that turned out to be a PE/ARG accident.

This is what they looked like

The clone got super contaminated though, Guess I was being sloppy. I only took one so kinda sucks but whatever.

Other PE tubs, some harvested a little late lol

And a big first flush chonky boy. Was about 70g I think

I'd say it's pretty stable ted. Finally got some coming in. Was wondering if they would retain their white cap trait or revert before they fruited though. Gonna have to mess around to get a decent yield out of a tub.

So Im almost finished buiding my flow hood and I look inside and the fucking pleats on the inside have been damaged by my fucking cats. I tried to keep them out of the room as much as possible and they still fucking managed to damage the fucking filter.
Do you think its toast? I put so much time and effort into building a nice fucking flow hood goddamn it .

The damage isnt on the outside facing end but the intake.
Fucking at a loss for words.

I really hope its salvageable. Or still functional. Doubt it though

Here's the damage.

Pesa/pe

Nice man. It's all the fad crossing PE and pesa now  Faht is also onto it and I'm waiting for some spores to germ to start f2 of my own spin of the cross. My f1 fruits didn't look so PE-ish but it turned out to be a beast of a producer, lots of things can happen with f2.

Funny you should say that... here’s my PE/pesa attempt from today.. I have 2, 1/2 pint cv/brf pf cakes.. the second one is a couple days behind this one:

Is it a cross?  I don’t know... I think so based historically on my other attempts.. I really don’t have much straight pesa to compare it to other than the fruits I used for the double swab:

That’s all I have to compare it to

But I knew this would happen with these.. I didn’t think I’d see the pesa boner cap shape we all know.. I’m thinking something like that would be expressed on the F2.  I’m printing the big guy in the middle of the cluster and I’ll have to see what happens on the next gen in October.

Based on past cake grows with the double swabbing, I saw a lot more obvious crosses (since I used varieties that have specific phenos that are stable) than I did straight varieties’ fruits.

I still have another cake and a 1/2 pint cv tester jar that’s just now pinning.. the bottom one is PE/pesa and the top one is PE/apeu.  So there’s still a chance I’ll see something more obvious with those and 2ns flushes

The PE/apeu is really interesting because of the pigmented pins coming in within 2 weeks with just the top layer... so they’re probably a cross of some kind (or could be a PE “revert”)  apeu is an awesome variety and already has PE genes so I don’t think I’m going to do much with those unless something really cool comes out of it but mainly it just to see if it works; to further give creditably to my crossing method and it’s fun to see what happens... it’s like the first time you grow mushies every time I do one of these.. so exciting.

Here’s the PE/RW 2nd flush today.. I’m worried the white pins are gonna abort... one of them looks snow white like an albino and growing butt up against a pigmented fruit but again I’m worried it’s going to abort because there’s pigmented fruits maturing faster than they are.

First flush for reference

Faht

Thanks verum! I mostly have Ted to thank. His writeup on PE was a giant help with getting these guys down. As well as Eats and Nate for their help on bags.

I also used jiffy straight out the bag for these which had me concerned but it seems to be worthwhile. I suck at pasteurization for some reason. The first two times I tried the temps got to high. :facepalm3:

Those're some sick tubs lookintolearn! Is that regular PE? Some nice lookin dicks, mine came out looking a bit more like regular cubes than dicks, mostly cause they were shorter and the caps were bigger than I would've liked but yours look perfect.
