First time cultivator in the home stretch. Getting worried and need some advice.

Hey guys, been lurking these forums for years and finally decided to grow my own. I used Damion5050's bucket tek with coco coir and vermiculite that I pasteurized. I have gotten a very high volume of pinning but they are growing SLOW. At least I think they are.
As you can see they are long and stimmy. I have read and heard from others that means they are starving for air. I have twice removed the amount of polyfil I have in the holes. I have also increased FAE by fanning more often. Even going as far as leaving the top cracked for several hours at a time. My first Pin was March 24th.
Pics are March 24th, April 1 and today April 27(4 from today, all corners of the tub). Maybe I'm wrong and they are not growing as slow as I think, but I thought it was supposed to be pretty quick. These are from a spore syringe and they are B+ if that makes a difference.

Edit: Forgot to mention that there is lots of moisture on the sides and top of the tub. I have NOT misted at all but as far as I can tell there is plenty of moisture. I could be wrong about that as well. Moisture is rolling moisture.

Looks really wet in the first and second pic. You might of had to much water content in the sub which will slow things down and cause smaller fruit. It looks like they aborted awhile ago(died) and don't look good to eat unfortunately. I would pick all of em and wait for a second flush. It will takes some trial and air do dial in fae.
Edit: some of the bigger ones look ok to eat. You can probably tell yourself.

How can you tell if they are aborts? The pics may be misleading? Nothing is black or dead or anything. Brown tops and white stims. The pic seems a little dark when looking at the small ones especially. Not as dark in person.

Caps are dark and aren't open. Look fuzzy too which means mycelium is reclaiming the fruit. Its been a month and they haven't matured. Should only take about 7-14 days from pin to caps opening.

I dont see any reason that these wouldnt be safe to eat. They all look totally fine. Aborts are completely safe to eat. Theres nothing at all wrong with these dude, dont be afraid to consume

Should I pick everything tomorrow? They are small but there is a lot. I wonder what the weight will be after I dehydrate them.

Something weird for sure happened here, cuz it shouldnt take 30 days for pins to mature. Maybe like 5 or 6 at the most? Super weird. If I were you id wait to see if a Trusted Cultivator will chime in, or someone with a good amount of experience cuz this is certainly an odd one. In the meantime id go ahead and pick those fruits and dry em out. Theyre perfectly fine to eat so long as u dont notice any molding or rotting. If ur REALLY worried when in doubt boil the fkers and make tea

I can wait for sure. I'm not doing anything tonight and can wait until after work tomorrow or longer. It's disappointing if they are aborts because it would of made a very nice canopy I think. It's a lot of pins from what I can tell from other peoples pics.

Thats why I edited. Some look pretty bad to me but some look okay. I personally wouldn't eat any of them. He got his first pin over a month ago. Something went wrong awhile ago. I wouldn't wanna be tripping and have a bad tummy ache or shits 🤷♂️

It's just too wet. I'd pop the lid and let things dry out a bit. Just a crack.
The bottoms are all waterlogged in the last pics

Would there be a smell? I have had some spawn contam before and when I disposed of it outside it had a very foul smell. I would almost call the smell of my tub pleasant if not "nature" smelling. Very mild as well and could be called non existent if I did not stick my face close when smelling.

It's probably just too wet. Bacteria smells, but I'm not sure if molds smell like anything in particular.

I'm not really too worried about if they are edible or not. As a matter a fact I have read some people saying aborts can be more potent. I'm not sure if that is true. Either way I'll be giving them to a friend to try first and see how it goes with him before I take part.......;-)

He knows that situation. I'm not testing poison on him. I told him I'm not 100% on how it will go if he eats them. He is okay with the risk.
Edit: No No, I'm not like that. I just want to spread the magic man. That's the truth. I explained that I did not know exactly why they were growing slow and did not know if anything was wrong. He said he would try. He won't be taking a heroic dose or anything with these for the first run.

If you upload some better pictures we can give you a more confident opinion. It's hard to see from here but if they are aborting then it's only some of them. Some cultures can take longer to fruit than others. PE varieties most notably.
