I just got my first clone to grain too! Any pics of the donor specimen?

In your experience, how likely is it that these guys that pinned ahead of the rest will let the others catch up before maturing? I wish I knew how to get an even pin set, I don’t even care about a canopy at this point. I just want to harvest nothing but mature fruits at the same time lol
Or is that the norm for ms grows

That looks normal for a pinset.

Ms finishes over a couple days a lot of times and then natalensis is just weird on top of that.

End of the second flush with this new culture.

Thought they were done yesterday and pulled most but decided to leave these ones overnight to try and get better spore production and they shot up at least another inch.

This is definitely my favorite typical natal pheno.

Are those dark spots on the bottom spores?

Yeah there’s some spore swirls on the surface there.

It’s weird, some won’t drop no matter how long I let them go and some drop a ton before they even finish growing.

How’s the potency with this pheno compared to the mutants

I haven’t tried this one yet.

My other cultures put out the same pheno as this and they’re awesome but they also took three to four times longer to grow so that might be a factor.

I actually still haven’t tried the weird ones my last couple clones put out yet either. Been a minute since I tripped.

This is what Asura does for his pans

The things I think that are important for pans are:

1. Sub-depth about 1.75-2 inches. Casing layer should be about 1/4 inch and perfectly level.
2. Casing layer should be 7.5-8 pH and not be something that myc will readily colonize (i.e. peat and verm)
3. Fruiting conditions are high temps (75-80F), high humidity, constant FAE and rapid evaporation of moisture
from the casing layer.

If you have the capabilities, maybe try peat/verm/sand?
