I'm having a terrible time posting pictures in the ID forum. When I click the box to add a picture, a beige box with an HTTP shows up. If I click MY Pic I get bounced to my account. I have to upload files from my phone gallery, to One Drive, then to my account. So far, I managed to attach 1 jpg out of 4 to my post, accidentally posted my pictures to the global gallery and can't figure out how to get them off.
My Avatar was so easy. I didn't have to go through all of this.
What am I doing wrong?

Hey, it's not just you, our picture hosting setup is a little convoluted and we have plans to improve it. But in the meantime, could you please read this post and let me know if you still have questions?

To remove a picture from your global gallery you'll want to go to your uploads and then click the small "(unshare)" link below the photo in question.

Do you choose a photo from your phone gallery and it dosnt come up in the shroomery box?

That happens to me sometimes

I dont have a fix, but sometimes it works if I choose all 4 photos from the gallery at the same time and it uploads them all to one box

I'm a new phone fag, decade of using my computer I never had an issue, only on the phone there is problems

It looks like the reply to function is jacked up.

I asked about that on the last page, and it seems a lot of other people are beginning to notice the change...it's not a bug though.

That's actually because I fixed a long-standing bug with the "Default quick reply" option under display settings. It would always reply to the last post, even if it was set to "first". Now, the setting works as intended, so you should change it if you want.

So the blinking :pm: symbol has not been working for me lately. I get new pm's and no notification symbol. Anyone else experiencing this?

Another thing I've noticed, my unread threads are lit up when I log on and then after a while many of them will mysteriously go dim as if I have read them. This happens especially if I look at another tab for a while and then come back. I just think that's odd and wonder why it happens.

Thanks for reporting this, the PM flasher should be fixed. The threads being marked as read has been a frustrating ongoing issue, I thought I fixed it several times but apparently I need to take another look.

My PM button was stuck blinking long after I replied to the PM

Hey Ythan!

When you click on a thread in whatever category, such as Community, or General interest, and then let's say go into a sub forum there ,and click a thread, the link at the top of the page only allows you to go back to the entire category, and not the sub forum.

So for instance on this thread, at the top, instead of being able to go to "Website announcements and feedback" subforum, the only option is to click "Feedback Administration which pulls the user out of the sub forum back onto the main forum list.

Not sure if this was intended or no, but it's probably messing with more than just me lol. It's really not a huge deal, because it's just a few extra clicks to get back.. but it does make a difference if you post here a lot.

Hope all is well. And thanks!:fuckyeah::ohyeah::superscream:

Thanks for the heads up. I guess there's an underlying issue that's still not fixed. I'll have to investigate further but for now I've re-synced your PM count again.

To fix that issue above I had to clear my PM box

I am having this issue as well. I don't even have the symbol that shows I have a PM.

Thanks, I think I may have tracked down and fixed the root cause of this problem. Please let me know if anyone still experiences problems with the PM flasher.
