My 1.2 ETH buy executed at 1450 but I'm not feeling that great about it. We could be on the verge of "the big dip". I'll be watching for an opportunity to take some gains but IDK. Can't trust in the media there's a lot of baiting going on out there.

I might have a shot at selling a substantial amount of UNI at 32.98 at a 35% gain so that would put a spring in my step.

on the overall chart BTC really looks like its gonna near 40k if this continues anything like Januarys correction. I'm going with 40k as the bottom until the next boost up past 60k but I think whatever peak is reached after 60k will be the final 3rd peak for this run. When I see towers of green and no red after 60k, just like it was at 59k before the topple, I'm probbaly selling then.

If we follow the normal correction cycles in Bitcoin bull markets, we still have 2 more corrections and possibly 3 before the final blow off top happens. This is all normal bull market action and the final top should occur in the October to December time frame. In other words, we're still early innings before the mania top.

Im not stressing.

If a publicly traded company like Tesla could rationalize that investment in btc, then I think its a pretty safe play.

When has tesla ever done anything rational? The thing is a giant money pit.

Keep in mind that publicly traded, doesn't necessarily mean smart.  Now I'm not knocking TSLA's treasury allocation to bitcoin, but to put it in perspective, TSLA had nearly $20 billion of cash on hand at the end of 2020.  So their $1.5 billion allocation is less than 10% of their treasury reserve.  Also keep in mind that because they are publicly traded, they can tap the capital markets with secondary offerings to raise additional capital, for the most part, whenever they please.

At any rate, this does indeed look like pretty normal market action, and it would not surprise me to see us chop around between $40-$52K-ish for another several weeks.  Although nothing is out of the question, I'd be a little surprised to see new highs this month, rather expecting an attempt to breakout of this consolidation pattern in April or May.  Sit tight folks, nothing goes up in a straight line.  Cryptocurrency is not a great vehicle for active trading.  Head over to the equity market if that is your thing.

Well, then, you had best chose someone different - someone whose mathematical skills, analytical ability, insight and past performance has been beyond superb...like the guy I referenced, above.  I'm now following the DXY more closely than ever now that I understand there is a relationship/influence over the price of BTC, which is the "one ring that rules them all."   Even though the DXY is up a tad, I expect it WILL drop as the Federal Reserve prints more and more currency...and while that cumulative effect may take 3 or more months to hit home on the DXY, I still feel it absolutely WILL, and therefore, as Ben suggests, it will unleash an upwards move in BTC.

Let's look back to this post in June to see if that proves to be true.  Gotta work.  Later, guys.

Still probably going to 40k though. I think so because it looks like all the major corrections eventually touch previous major all time highs, and 41k was one of those peaks. I could just be delusional thinking I understand  and can predict the pattern now

I got into a weird rabbit hole yesterday a conspiracy that BTC is being controlled by some non human AI force probably in China and it's not all that complicated theres more to these cycles than meets the speculative eye. Lol

I'm speculating we will see some fractal phenomena play out in these charts

The night before the massive crash at 59k i was watching a live stream on YouTube with like only 28 viewers and it was this kid on the charts just blowing off steam saying that shit was too damn high and he was going off on the viewers saying that hes selling right there and it's crazy to let it keep going and how fucked it was. And I didnt touch my portfolio. Every other video coming out that day was moon boy shit. 6 hours later the crash came

Ive quite often gotten the feeling the chart was being "operated"

Like there was some underlying mechanism in control outside anyone participating

Yeah this may be a short bullish movement and hit resistance and come back down

No telling

King of what? I'll be honest I havent seen him post anything that genuinely helped anyone yet. Does geo consider himself King? You said you sold everything and were out? Did geo suggest that??

I dont know if its sad or funny to see the self proclaimed top dogs hedging every statement they make, flexing on a regular basis using undertones in langue like "six figures" or "pay off a mortgage" or straight up screenshotting their portfolio value and posting it for all the followers to marvel at without providing any useful insight as of yet.

I know that nobody has made any decisions based on the king's word and benefited from it yet, it's been a shit show this whole time, how the fuck could there be king?

Lmao that pic grim

I said i was PROBABLY going to sell everything

So far i havent but i have traded crypto today for a gain

Geo gives out a lot of extremely helpful advice and is always willing to provide help and insight when asked

More so even than may be deserved

Maybe it is more apparent in the stock thread

I know ive benefited more from his posts by far more than anyone else's, not to say i dont value every member of this forum, some more than others sometimes.

I dont get any feeling of bragging or boasting from him at all.

He seems like a very straight up kind of guy

He also doesnt talk shit or mock other members that i have ever seen, and even when done to him he responds with the utmost respect and in a humble manner

Kingly traits if you ask me

But i dont mean to put him on a pedestal, im sure he wouldnt want that since as mentioned, he has humble kingly qualities

Also he didnt self proclaim anything as far as i have seen.

But i think a lot of members would agree when it comes to these things he knows wtf hes doing probably better than most

I feel the way i feel

Noones responsible for that but me

You can lead a horse to water type of thing

I think my apprehension is justified

When it looks good to me im in and its better than sliced bread

When it looks bad im out and i dont trust it isnt a huge scam

Seems my natural survival instincts

Cant say anything youve said has been very helpful, and you have made some posts that gave off a braggy superiority type of feel

But i aint got no issue with you and at this point i think its all a bit off topic
