Spawn bag not fully colonising, early pinning, what do?

hello !
got couple spawn bags that have been colonising for bout 2-3 months, however some parts wont seem to colonise at all, its stuck at about 75%. the non colonised patches look like theyve got very weak/thin myc, and are blackish/blue. dont notice any smells or anything besides. noticed a day ago that there was some pinning and half grown shrooms! what should be done now? still able to transfer the colonised part to monotub, and dispose of the bad patches? are the pins still consumable? any advice appreciated thanks!

looks bad to me if you don't mind experimenting then try to grow it. Me personally would just trash it and learn.

No bag should take three months. Mine were done one month on the dot, they must be bacterial

2-3 months seems like a long time to colonize. Was this spore to grain?
What you've got there is a bacterial issue. See how the mycelium looks like jiffy puff and the grains look wet and not fully colonized.
Here's some good info from bod with useful reference photos. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/23662280
If you were to spawn to bulk I'd bet my savings you'd get contamination. I've grown some unlovely trich patches with spawn like that.
I'd try to fruit it out of the bag. A thin casing layer directly on top of the grains nd a fruiting chamber might do the trick. Breaking the spawn up would only stress it more, and it wont recover.
Wouldn't plan on massive returns though.
And yeah dude, those pins are still edible. You could also wait to see if they'll grow out more and then harvest. You've already waited this long.

@knucklehead yeah it was spore to wheat grain, tried to keep it as sterile as possible when injecting, wipes and heating needles etc.
when you say fruiting out the bag, do you mean to put substrate (pasteurised coco coir) straight into the bag? should the scuffed parts be removed first?
would the shroomies not be poison because of the bacteria? would dehydrating or boiling as tea help at all?
even tho these two bags might be a lost cause, gonna try make the most of it. cheers for the advice tho lads

The bacteria won't hurt. I would say your best bet is just let it fruit as is and open to harvest. If you open those they'll be green before the fruits finish growing.

Fruit out of the bag as in just apply a casing layer to the top. Prof makes a good point though, it might just turn before anything grows.

It's not garbage just not something you want to risk contamination a larger grow. Find a way to let it fruit. Do you have a small plastic box you can place it in without the plastic? Or at least opening a good portion of the plastic to give it some room.

opened one of the bags, got a better look at the bacteria looking patches (couldnt get pics at the time), it was grey/white, looked like thin, weak myc. cut it open and looked about the same. divided up the blocks, put them in bunch of holes in the garden and just gonna hope for the best.
this is all i got from that block, tiny as fk, yellowish and blue bruises all over. probs not gonna feel anything from it, but still safe to put in tea? thoughts?
will try to fruit other bag later
