I'm watching resident evil 3 and they all broadcasting messages on "emergency frequency ".
Got me curious, when zombie outbreak happens, when , not if, when. I got 2 75 watt radio trancivers and 2 8 watt portable walkie talkies, what frequency should i use to broadcast all these messages??

Most emergency networks are organized locally on VHF or UHF bands.
There are also aircraft emergency frequencies that may be used in an emergency.
Most of these frequencies require some sort of license to operate on during non-apocalypse times. I would imagine an all out apocalypse would afford you a little leniency on those band restrictions.
If you are really interested in this sort of thing, I would recommend getting your amateur radio license and get familiar with different bands and their operating characteristics. It's also a fun way to practice CQ'ing across the bands.
For true long-range communication on less-than-ideal equipment, learning morse is a very valuable skillset to pick up.

Channel 9 (27.065MHz) is CB emergency channel often monitored by emergency services and forestry personnel (in the US, not sure if different for UK). They probably won't respond to a CQ.

Yea just a word of wisdom, at least in the US, abusing international emergency frequencies can result in FCC enforcement. I know several dipshits that transmitted on CB bands using broadcast power that was way out of regulations, and FCC agents located their transmission site, kicked down the door, confiscated the offending equipment, and slapped those dipshits with a hefty fine and a threat of jailtime.
Just make sure you do your legal homework before dicking around on infrastructure-critical radio bands.
