 Weird Contamination or Weird mutation?: Cap Blobs

got some weird puffballs on my pin caps (circled in red) they smell good but I've never seen this before... Can anybody give me an idea of what this could be? I have a few other totes and dont want bad things to spread.

I believe that is technically called "rose comb" and is a common mutation most commonly tied to residual from cleaning agents.
Also b+ use to do that to me all the time.

Also I used 91% alcohol in a sprayer with a towel to clean my tubs should I use something else?

Personally i wud wash with soap and water in my bathtub, dry it, then use lysol wipes to sterilize, then 70% iso to remove any residual cleansers.
Side note: 91% is not enough water. There needs to be a certain amount of water in it to acquiesce the cell walls of the nasties your trying to kill so the alcohol can get into the cell itself to kill it. Also, rubbing alcohol doesnt work without friction. In reality, 15-30 seconds of rubbing is necessary for it to do its best at sanitization. So i use it to kinda remove anything left behind from washing and sterilizing with lysol.
Rose comb may be attributed to residual cleansers but in my experience, B+ frequently mutates. Sometimes they look interesting.

Geez guys, I just hose them out and wipe them down. I know there is always small trich spore deposits left in the corners.
