Are these cakes looking alright? Are they ready?

Hi, first timer here.
I received these 3 jars about a week ago, looked about 50% through. I don’t know exactly how old they are (I got them about a week ago) but they aren’t filling in at the rate I expected... they did how ever spontaneous started birthing little babies inside the jar even though it doesn’t look 100% populated yet. Can anyone give there option on these, should I let them hang a little longer? Or are they ready?

Wait for a more experienced cultivator than me, but what jumps out to me:
- They don't look alright to me; too wet for one thing, and the myc is spreading thinly and weirdly.
- The fact they're pinning despite not looking consolidated at all is worrying; I'd guess either the myc is reacting to a contam and trying to pin due to that, or - perhaps - the substrate hadn't got enough nutrients and that's why it spread like that and is now pinning, having exhausted its food supply ?
Also, "received" them ? didn't you prep them yourself ?
As for what to do: even the pinning ones don't look that consolidated inside (like, would they even stand out as consistent cakes if you were to birth them ?). So I don't know - again, probably wait for a more experienced cultivator.

so if you birthed them youd have a moldy mess after a few days best thing to do is birth them when caps start to open smell check em and scavenge what you can but I wouldnt try to get them any farther than that

Those are all bacterial as far as i can tell. If that be the case then your best bet at this point for fruits is to top fruit them.
