 What the hell is going on with this tub?

I spawned to bulk 8qts(slightly bacterial) oat spawn to coir about 15 days ago. Lighting was 6500k led strip lights for most of the time but after what appeared to be stalled pins I switched over to 5000k Cfl yesterday which had worked on my previous tub. Temp has stayed at 70-74f. I also misted the shit out of it yesterday because I suspected low humidity and that seemed to have given them a slight boost in growth but still nowhere near where I was at with my last tub. I was already harvesting beautiful full, girthy fruits around this time. I'm really not sure what the issue is, low humidity, improper lighting or bacterial spawn.. My last tub had the same bacterial spawn, nothing obviously contaminated, just slightly sour smell but I yielded 7 Oz dry from it before tossing. It stalled in the same way on the second flush after I moved it to the new LED lighting set up. It had started growing fruits upside down as well. Does anyone know what is causing the extremely slow/almost stalled growth and funky toppled over caps?
