Edit: After looking at it again, it also looks like it’s too wet lol but that’s how it goes. You gotta judge for yourself in the end.
What’s it like before you mist?
Before I mist there are barely any water droplets on the surface, that's why I thought to mist even more.
And those white balls of myc, I don't know why it's like that, but it doesn't look like something that will turn into pins.
Thanks for your input.

Taking a close up pic of the surface with the flash on is the best way i know of to check on surface conditions.

Thank you for the tip A.k.a.
So here's the whole thing again with a flash (5h after fairly heavy misting, day 14 since spawning):

Close up of the bottom part:
What do you think?

Looks good, nice water beads and seems to be starting to knot up.
I think it may have been a little bit too wet previously based on how some of the myc looks, but nothing serious.
If you don’t start to see a lot of knots in the next 3-5 days I’d increase fae a tiny bit at a time.

Do you guys know if it's one 650-g brick per tote? And then how much grain spawn per tote?

You can use anywhere 4-10 myco quarts of spawn per mono, i used 5 and was getting 1300g flushes.

If I calculate the exact same volume as your tub but use rinsed out ice cream tubs and ice cream instead of coir will it work?

I was going to try to do pints because quarts won't fit in my pressure cooker. I'll probably do at least a dozen grain spawn pints and then split them six and six between the two tubs and do two bricks, thank you!

Do you use light during colonization period or only when fruiting? Sorry for the "bump"

Yup. Should be good. Just make sure it does not emit much heat or itll dry out your substrate

LOVE IT! I was about to drill up 8 more tubs when I searched and stumbled upon this post. I shall give it a try!
