The thing about my plate is the tomentose is in the air not on the agar. Only veins on the surface with a big bush on top

Got some NSS spore syringes at the beginning of the month, inoculated some wbs and BRF cakes and here is the growth after 5 days (WBS) and 20 days (BRF). NSS grows here locally in South Africa so hopefully we got some good genetics and get some decent flushes 🤞🏼 Plan on fruiting the BRF cake in a sgfc and the wbs goes to bulk, any tips growing with this strain?

This ones looking decent actually for an early ms plate.

Far from tomentose but at least it’s flat.

I'll be spawning some tonight, I'll print some when time comes. If nobody has passed you one I'll hook you up or if its a different phenotype I will, I don't know which one I'm running.

My trays i spawned the other day are overlaying already so that's lit. This spawn definitely wasn't as good as the other so I'm not surprised

I don't know if there's such a thing as NSS. I've grown only PS. Natalensis. Or at least that's how it was labeled... My conclusions so far : Temperature around 24-27 C Grains causes them to go crazy (overlay, side pins, ugly/twisted fruits...) And they love manure.

Yeah the whole natalensis/NSS thing is a mess.
I’m sure there’s also cubes from the same spot so it’s hard to tell what you got til you grow it.

There is a cube variant and a separate species. I'm not sure we know the differences yet, a few people are running side by side projects.
Ps. Natalensis has about PE potency.
My brother and i ate 3g each last night and had weird trips. The come up was beyond subtle. So much so i was continuously asking if i was tripping or not. Then i would close my eyes and be hit with an explosion of colors for a short period and then nothing. Also my oev weren't spindly, melty, and windy like they normally are. Instead everything was vibrating and it kind of annoyed me honestly. Idk

I got totally different visuals than with cubes too. Mine made the whole room look like a Van Gogh.
Also with the color explosion/fractal tube when I closed my eyes.

I felt amazing on them. Slightly energetic but not tweaky or anxious, cubes usually end up with me layed out.
