 Shroomery merch store question

Wasnt quite sure where to post this but i have a question regarding shroomery merch from the mind media swag house site.
I ordered a hoodie but its a bit to small and I want to see if I can exchange it for a bigger one.
Ive sent an email but havnt heard back im just wondering if anyone knows how I could go about exchanging it? Is this something they do ?
