question on proper PC use
    #2721431 - 05/24/04 02:12 AM (19 years, 10 months ago)

I bought a mirro 22 qt. pressure cooker. i have somehow misplaced the manual. it is the type with the ball shaped weight. my question is how do i set it for 15 psi? also if anyone can let me know where to get the manual, either online or some other means, i would really appreciate it.

I have a different brand but the same size and type PC. Stacking all the weights onto the valve makes it 15psi. Put on stove on high until a strong stream of steam lifts the weight, then turn to med/low. The weight will go back down and there will be a slight and slow streams of steam off the valve.
