The grain can handle it, I run bags of millet for 4 hours between 17 and 20 psi. No need for tinfoil in your jars.
I'm not sure what water droplet test you're referring to.

where you put a drop of water on the lid while the pc is running and it should evaporate in 3 sec if its at 250F since its higher than boiling temp.

I've ran a couple batches of wheat. One I soaked 24h, 10m boil, let strain for 15m, then put in jars with a little verm in the bottom. Second batch I soaked for 36hr (meant to do 24 but got busy) then boiled for 15m, steamed off in trays for a couple hours, then to jars. Those came out perfect. Both worked, but the first batch seemed slower to colonize, and the verm was just ugly.

im going to start again with new jars and millet and PC for 2.5hrs, do you think millet can handle such a long PC time? maybe i should foil the bottoms so it doesnt turn to mush? i noticed the bottoms always had the bursts and mushys, probably because thats where water settles?
Maybe raise the trivet to get the jars out of the water. I can run 135 minutes plus without a problem for p9's TEK, but if I do Crack's millet TEK, I find that too long [last time it was 105 and not 90 minutes] a run maks a mushy mess.I'm trying Crack's again and keeping the PC run at the 90 minutes specified.
Also prepping another batch of jars with p9's TEK.

There's no sense in soaking wheat.

i only have a 8qt pc so i use 3 lid bands as my trivet and fill the water just barely over the rings. i cant use any higher trivet cause theres no more headroom haha.
i decided not to throw away the millet i made already, but im making more jars now and will pc for 2hrs 20min. i have 2 batches of other jars at 1min 45 and 2 hrs. so well see which ones work and which ones dont. i dont really trust my pc, but hopefully its true to its description of 15psi.
supposedly these fagor pcs with their spring mechanism either does or doesnt do 15psi. like if its not 15psi the yellow stopper thing wont pop up, but i dont know if i trust that since when i turn off the heat, it still takes like 10 minutes for the yellow thing to come down telling me its depressurized. i doubt without heat and after 10 minutes the thing is still at 15psi till the last second.

I'd highly recommend that you purchase a 23 quart presto.
The OP has been updated with how the millet jars will look post cycle and before they're shaken to redistribute moisture, video has also been added to show how I run bags.

Huh mine never get that many bursts. Just a small patch usually on the bottom. Maybe this is indication it's not getting that high in psi? I also only soak for 7-10hrs though.
Oh boy, so I'm running the pc for lc at a higher stove temp then normal because I have a lot of water in the pc. Normally I do 2 on an electric stove, but I'm doing 2.6 and it's a lot bigger jet of steam, but it's passing the water drop test. The drops are evaporating in about 3-4 sec.

My cycle is 2 hours at 17-20 psi so this will likely be the difference. Myc loves burst grains, not an issue for those of you who worry about it.

Looks like my maz agar wedge jars look pretty good so far. I think the culture is just very prolific, maybe that's why the blender li jars blew up with growth overnight. One of the jars has a lot of fuzz aside from the wedge from a shake after inoculation. Just a little shake wiped a lot of inoculation points it seems. I probably shouldnt have panicked and trashed the blender li jars without giving it a few more days. I just had some plates I needed jars for so I think that influenced my decision lol.
And of course my ms syringe maz jar is a freaking beast. It germed in like 4 days from spores and after the shake it looks the best out of all my plate jars haha.

Bootyfull. Is that a wedge drop? Do you shake it after innoc?
Yeah maybe the LI was f'ed lol.
I freaking hate wedge drops though. I pour way too thin so I can barely get it off the plate and it tears like no other. Dropped another plate today when I tried moving a whole plate to a jar, just tore midway :c

When you poor thin lift the wedge off the petri using your scalpel like a pie lift, like so:
That was a wedge taken from a thinly poured plate, spearing that wedge would have torn it.

Your blade is freaking long man. I only flame the edge area, not the little insert bar piece. Too scared there's contams hidden in those crevices.
