I've been taking a long hard look at the oils and fats I eat, the essential fatty acids they contain and how to optimize them.
I'm on a low carb high protein high fat diet so it matters a lot what kinda fat that is, whether it has a rationaol composition.
Here's an oil I made with a very good composition. Warm it in a warm water bath just enough for the coconut oil to melt.
The fish oil used was low in fishy flavor and I use the oil to add to dishes consisting of vegetables and fish to add caloric value to them. One ounce is a portion.
TO MAKE ONE LITER, BLEND:
400ml Olive Oil
200ml Rice Oil
200ml Coconut Oil
100ml Sunflower Seed Oil
50ml Fish Oil (Cod)
50ml Flaxseed oil
Add it all together, warm gently with hot tap water until just over room temperature and stir the coconut oil in until dissolved. It will stay liquid at Room Temperature. Store in a dark bottle.
If you're vegan, Algi oil rich in EPA/DHA may substitute for the fish oil.
Remember: DONT COOK WITH THIS OIL! Its meant to be added after cooking or as part of a fishy salad.

Olive Oil - high monounsaturated Oleic acid, polyphenol antioxidants like hydroxytyrosol
Rice Oil -- high polyunsaturated & Palmitic Acid, phytosterols like γ-oryzanol
Coconut Oil -- MCT's including Lauric Acid (prevalent in human breast milk)
Sunflower Seed Oil -- Linoleic & Linolenic Acid
Fish Oil -- Omega 3 EPA+DHA
Flaxseed oil -- Omega 3 ALA
If you wonder "where are the animal fats in this?" They are in the meat I eat and the cow butter and eggs.
Obviously most these oils have a bunch of fat soluble vitamins too.

I prefer duck eggs. Chicken eggs are sub-par.
