Probably not long enough in the past, now I do RRs toilet paper test.

Bleeding steam is the culprit of losing water. keep the bobble from bleeding and you'll be fine. (hope this isn't a instapot, cause that won't work at all.)
right good call... I saw something in the forum somewhere about needing to vent the pc at some point to let the air exchange so the hot air can fill properly or something, I suppose that was wrong.

So Tutu if your having to stop to add water you are defeating the purpose of letting it run for 90 mins. Like Smart said you have to get it up to an internal temp of 250.
Also as most of you know I recently moved up to the north east. OMG it takes a while to get the outdoor Propane burner up to temperature before we get to 15 PSI. I have been playing with throwing the weight on until about 10 PSI and then taking it off and letting it bleed down for 5 minuets and then throwing it back on. Im hoping that will count as a decent vent cycle. Anyone else ever had to deal with this?

Here is a video of a shake of one of those jars. In a nutshell, healthy spawn can be shaken with one hand while holding your camera phone in the other hand and should elapse about 10 seconds.
Shake shake shake video!

God damn that hand action... you should give my wife lessons.. 🤣

I had 100% contamination rate when an old apprentice pulled the weight mid cycle to bleed it some (I don't have any clue as to wtf he was thinking, it's the exact opposite of what I told him, I said never ever pull the weight off until it has no pressure and the lock drops). After he did it we restarted the time, 90 minutes. Every jar turned green before I even inoculated just a few days later. I think it pumped a bunch of dirty air and shit into all the jars.

That's not how it works. The vent "vents" pressurized gas out of the vessel, not into the vessel. This is why bags seal in the pc.

More likely, if your helper was doing that shit, they were likely doing something else dumb elsewhere in the process that fucked the spawn.

Odd choice to hire and fire people for positions in your clandestine mushroom lab. Seems reckless.

They're all family so it doesn't really matter. I'm not bringing in my buddy from the bar or some dumb shit. He wanted to learn, said he did it before with his buddy, couldn't follow simple directions.

No. Actually he had some weird shit going on like trying to trade me a patch that belonged to a certain 1% MC after which I told him he wasn't supposed to have that and the absolute best outcome of him trading that patch to someone and them sewing it on to a cut would be everyone involved ends up dead. Real rocket surgeon man. Family, wtf.

10 jars ready to pc. Do you guys normally foil the jars? I know it's not essential.
As I said, I'll record my SAB work when I inoculate and add it here also.
