Actually that woudl be second.
First is physical exercise.
I noticced Loaded Shaman said "Half my career is personal trainer/nutrition consultant."
Thats what i wanted to be in some form, maybe not full career but maybe half time - 20 - 30 hours a week.
I was a regular at my university gym.
But in 2007 demons and witches capped my entire energy body. I lost ALL physical strength. It feels like carrying 2 people on your shoulders. Hers the real kicker. Suppose i was on a planet with dual Earth gravity? Sooner rather than later i would adapt , grow muscle and get stronger. But here i simply CANT exerice - no power, and if i do try to lift somethinbg my heart comes out as if i just run a 10 mile marathon. Its been like this for 14 years now, there are other side effects, cos i feel so week and vulnerable i get MAD anxiety... my shit is fucked up

Small incremental changes can get you back to where you want to be, unless you have some serious undiagnosed heart issue as you mentioned you have a problem with your heart.
Get checked out, see if your heart problems are from lack of nutrition/fitness or a physiological issue that needs treatment/surgery.
Also stop believing this:

Nothing is wrong with my heart.
No, incriments do NOT work.
Over the last 14 years i kinda got accastomed to this shit it hurts and i suffer but i try to pay no attention to that.
As for demons... thats the truth, it was one of theri gadgets they used on me

Well I'm out of my element here as I do not believe in demons, angels and the like doing such things.

since were talking on a musgroom forum I wonder, have these ever helped you? Or is it maybe even the opposite, that in one of your experimces you got opened too much so to speak so the demons (to use your words) could come in?

Hahaha mushrooms... 
I had some shroom experiences, quite a few back in the day, they were awesome...
Do you think cardio is just one problem i have to deal??
Demons somehow stal all psychedelic vibes u would get from acid or shrooms or even mdma
. man i wish i could trip

Not objective health issues of any kind, Gypsy? When was last visit to a qualified doctor? We can deal with demons and entities plenty, but health is health have to start somewhere!

Thats not health thats a other dimensional energy device/"plug" which can be switched on and off, at choosing of the demon
I tried explaingng this over the years to many types of people and found it very difficult to descibe it yet find support and faith/trust in my words
It somehting that sounds really far fetched but its the truth, demons do have their own powers and their own toys to play with...
