Does anyone recognize this? Is this healthy growth or a contam?
These are the best photos I could pull as I do not want to open the top just yet.

Doesnβt look good mate but Iβm no expert. When did you spawn it, what are your temps like, and did you apply a casing layer?

Sub is white ash bark sawdust and wood chips. Plus coir, plus some bat guano I had left from my garden fertilizer. I found said wild spores next to a horse stable so I added the bat shit...
Temp is 65 degrees.
I did not set these up for fruiting yet. This growth happened in the dark.
No casing layer.

I'm not as familiar with gymnopolous. It could be blobs, not really sure. I get puffball at my house and they start like that and grow to the size of a bowling ball.

I dunno man. That does not look kosher. I dont think that is what your after. I have seen similar looking colonies form on my compost. This might be some sort of fruit trying to grow despite what you did to it. Next time omit the bat guano and save it for your plant. What kind of wood was in the wood chips.

I used White Ash wood chips.
Yeah, I thought the liquid was the mycelium excretion. Though it does not look normal so I came here for more information. I appreciate the feedback.
Do cultivators get orange liquid excretions from their substrate? My other box has an orange pool of secretion. I'm beginning to become concerned about it as well...

It sound like your talking about metabolites but cant really have good input because there are no pictures.
Happens when the mycelium is fighting against bacteria/contamination.
