I cant sleep EVER i just lay awake all night not being able to go to sleep i feel tired i just cant.

Is their amy thing that has helped you go to sleep?

If you're at least 24-25 years old, try Melatonin.

It's available in almost any drug store, but also online for much cheaper.
For over a year, I'd have to take it 4-5 times a week when I was suffering from insomnia.

Warm milk, i don't remember the exact chemical makeup, but some enzyme or something changes when milk is warmed, and makes a sedative.

Hrmm i can usally fall asleep any time that i get anywhere cozy.

Marijuana/alcohol make me fall asleep super easy.

Meditation helps me alot. When something is on my mind, even if it's "worthless", the meditation helps me balance out- gets useless stuff out of my brain so the good stuff has room to stretch out and get cozy...
