Agar recipe

So I have agar agar, PDA, and MEA. I have less PDA and MEA and want to make some agar plates.

Can I use Agar Agar as the base and some PDA or MEA for nutrients? If so, what would a recipe using them be?

Of course, but I have not found one that uses Agar agar and MEA. You see I have Malt Extract Agar (not LME) and agar agar. So I am just wondering if the ratios would be different or if following a TEK that calls for LME and agar agar would be the same weights and measurements.

So if the TEK says ___ amount LME and ___ agar agar powder, just substitute the LME with MEA?

Just want to make sure that the MEA in addition to agar agar wouldn't fuck shit up since MEA is nutrients and agar if I am not mistaken...

Edit: I also just might make a small amount of MEA with no added agar-agar since I am not pouring a lot of plates yet.
