When to put into fruiting condition?

These two 66qt tubs were spawned 12 days ago. Each have six 1.5” holes, 2 on the top and 4 on the bottom. All are covered with micropore tape. At what point should the tape be removed and replaced with poly fill?

Not sure I understand. Are you saying that we put into fruiting condition at the time when we spawn to bulk? BTW the variety here are PE SW and PE6

Yep, some teks differ from others, but a lot of them follow the train to go straight to fruiting conditions once you spawn to bulk.

At the point you started. Don't use tape, you don't need it.

I see some yellow on the bottom center of the pic to the left. Probably metabolites from the mycelium fighting off something. The pic to the right is showing green which is never a good sign.
