Additionally:
1. If a cop is put on leave because he/she is guilty of a crime, they need to be let go and prevented from applying to a different department anywhere in the nation - be-it federally, to a state, county, city, park, or any form of oversight or enforcement. 2. If you know for a fact that a cop has committed a crime and another cop is covering down for him or her, discipline must be dealt to both parties. It DOES NOT matter if they did plenty of "good stuff". You need to study cop culture and soldier culture. Some of you are behaving like you can get away with harassment, physical abuse, torture, murder, and other things.
Are you intentionally trying to start a true nation-wide crisis that you have never seen or read about before?

There is a stable, strong likelihood that these cops will simply lay low for a few weeks, then do three things: 1. Apply to a different enforcement division within the state. 2. Apply for a position in a different state. 3. Re-apply to the department once a new chief is hired, or just work things out with the current one.
Is this the best we can do, folks?
Recommendations: All cops must be college graduates with a grade point average minimum of 3.4. All cops will be required to attend a Human Rights course weekly - every week of the year - especially in times of emergency. Each cop will also have to speak in front of the class and discuss cases of human rights violations using a Powerpoint presentation for a minimum of four hours with three 10-minute breaks.

Recommendations: All police in the US need to be tested for alcohol before and after duty for the next 12 months minimum. All offices with a positive test will be required to fire that cop permanently, and all other employees will receive minimum wage for three weeks. Funding for the department itself will be reduced by 10 percent for each individual's infraction. Cops and alcohol do not mix well.

Should we just allow this type of conduct? How many of you like being a number instead of a person?
