I agree with Anno. But in my opinion, don't use the ramsey seal. All vendors (that I know) have viable spores and are good people.

I tried the ramsey seal and it didn't work out for me. Boom, if you know what I mean. I had a few jars explode. Hot air expands and the foil trapped it in. The result was a lot of glass to clean up.

So kast is right, think twice about the ramsey seal; otherwise, the simple guide looks good.

Just poke holes in the foil and use polyester
