Covid vaccination

This thread is to discuss the pros and cons of the covid vaccine. Are you worried about potential side effects?
Should not being vaccinated restrict your travel?
Is anyone worried that the vaccine was rushed?
What are your general thoughts on vaccines?
Some governments have said they would deny benefits to those who refuse vaccinations, is this morally right?
Should privacy trump safety? Are you okay with digital passports and things of that nature?
Discuss!

Forgot to add as a poll question, but what are your guys thoughts on employers requiring employees to be vaccinated? I get the argument that an employer can enforce whatever rules he wants or you can work elsewhere thing, but do you think an employer should be able to dictate what goes into someone's body? Dont you think its kind of a dystopian future we're living in where an employer can more or less forcefully vaccinate you?

Antivax propaganda will not be allowed in this forum. If people want to talk about the covid vax rollout, that's fine, but any general antivax propaganda belongs in the conspiracy forum. This is just a friendly heads-up for people participating in this thread so that we can avoid issues down the road.

Are you worried about potential side effects?
No, reported side effects are minor compared to the effects of COVID. I know which I'd choose.
Should not being vaccinated restrict your travel?
People who are vaccinated may still be able to transmit the virus so they shouldn't behave differently to vaccinated people or be granted special privileges.
Is anyone worried that the vaccine was rushed?
No, it was developed quickly compared to previous vaccines but that's because of the money and effort directed at it, and the science continuously getting more awesome
What are your general thoughts on vaccines?
The greatest invention in the history of medicine
Some governments have said they would deny benefits to those who refuse vaccinations, is this morally right?
I'd say it was inadvisable
Should privacy trump safety? Are you okay with digital passports and things of that nature?
Not really sure what you're getting at but digital things are generally better than paper things and this isn't related to privacy issues which should be addressed properly.

The main ones aren't vaccines they are gen-therapy. I don't want to trick my immune system into accepting modified (U becomes Ψ) mRNA into my ribosome. When I can fight it with quercetin, zinc, some plants and an immune system.
The vaccine with the old method I might get it if it becomes obligatory.
Since this is pd. I want to add that I'm against all this government control, destruction of the middle class, media frenzy and lockdowns. I'm more left leaning, open borders and all that.
I'm scared post-covid is going to be like post 9/11.

I think it depends on your health and age but the side effects from the vaccine seem worse than actually getting it. You also cant sue of you suffered any adverse side effects

That's because there's a government program that compensates people that suffer adverse effects from the covid vaccine, including covering all related medical costs, lost employment income, and death benefits for next of kin.

Why this thread is in political discussion confuses me.

You can say negative things about the vax if they're from the medical mainstream.
The mods reacted to a long history of conspiracy lore about vaccinations, that was not supported by the medical mainstream. Are they stifling debate? Yes, but the the alternative is a huge shit show of unfounded allegations. Just like the election debate.

The point of moderation is to keep things moderate. And to those who think I'm heavy handed, I promise if I weren't a mod here, some of you would be long gone.
