Seriously! That was the whole counter objective of the garden- avoiding those winter blues.

That's awesome! I wish we could do that...Yes, I'm late again on the update. I'll take some photos later. My fiance' snipped off the Klip Dagga's baby leaves (because they were falling anyway,) they're getting big, starting to look like little bushes. So, hopefully the next step is shooting up and producing a bunch of leaves. The tallest motherwort kept getting powdery mildew, so I gave up on it and cut it down. I still have 2-3 growing. My Lemonbalm cutting never did propagate, it was looking dead so my fiance and I are going to try with a bigger cutting next time. I was also thinking about propagating through separation once spring rolls around, because the growlight alone is raising up a beautiful green lemonbalm plant. So once I don't have to worry about the other plants, I'm thinking I can do 3 under the growlights and grow my klip dagga and others outside. There's a literary update for you, pictures still to come!

Ok. Here we go. I added a picture from afar to show how big these Klip Daggas are getting

Haha! Seriously sorry bro! Just been busy. The Lemonbalm kinda goes in circles, and the motherwort is still stagnant, so I'm fixin' to pull them up and replace it with something that needs less sun, like perhaps wormwood.. so I'm really just gonna focus on the Klip Dagga, if that's cool.. They have grown exponentially. My Fiance and I are also drawing up blueprints to an outdoor garden- maximizing our use of space and growing multiple medicinal herbs.. Klip Dagga, Motherwort, California Poppy, Red Poppy, wormwood and passion flower is a few I really want to start and have seeds for, but I may grow some more if I can find some that can tolerate part or full shade. Really want some salvia but I think trading here would be my only chance to get it.
Anyway, here's Skippy and Klippy... They're turning into beautiful little bushes now...

Size is kinda hard to tell in all these photos so I measured them. Length wise, the current largest one is Skippy (Grey stubby pot) It had more access to sun because the other one being taller, hit shade which delayed growth. It is 8 1/2 + inches, very close to 9". Whereas Klippy (red/orange pot) is about 7 1/2 + inches, nearly 8".
Also, I realized my wording in my last post may had been confusing. I am not pulling up the lemonbalm, I will transplant that into the ground outside in spring. It is only the Motherwort I'm thinking about pulling out and replacing with wormwood, since it doesn't need much sun.

Well sorry to hear about the others, but those look amazing! Keep em alive until spring then put them in the garden and they will get huge!
I can't wait to see your garden this year brother, and when you can trade, I have a ton of extra seeds I can post on the marketplace to trade with you, if you want
Man, there is a guy right now on the marketplace offering up some nice looking Salvia plants, and by the time you can trade, it will be warm enough for him to ship one to you, I'm sure!
Oh yeah, Skippy and Klippy, love the names

Yeah, the Lemonbalm is still bushy and healthy. I was going to divide it and make a few plants out of it, but I live by the river and get some flooding so we decided come spring we are going to plant it and many other lemonbalm plants (they're sold locally) for erosion control so our basement doesn't flood quite so easily, so the lemonbalm isn't going anywhere, it's likely root-bound as hell.
My nice red/blue light did break though so now I just got a regular fluorescent light on them. They still seem to be alright.
Thanks man and definitely! It just got a little harder because I moved my desk to our room upstairs but we spend most of the day downstairs so, I've just been forgetting to post, other than occasionally thinking "Oh shit, I am so late, I need to show Allium how they're coming along.." lol

For sure, brother! My fiance and I love seeds! The plants I enjoy are the more medicinal ones but she likes edible and decorative ones, flowers, veggies, berries and what have you.

Well, I have thousands of seeds and no way to ever plant them all, so you two are in luck
How much longer until you can access the marketplace?

Good question. I can see it and post, does that mean I'm allowed to or am I still too new? Is there a mod I can ask about specifics?

Take a look at these towering beautys! 2 months old now.. Off-season.. They're actually pretty cold tolerant.. It has gotten down to 56 degrees and they've not so much as wilted over it. I think they can survive anything over freezing.
PIC 1- Daggas
PIC 2- Lemonbalm
PIC 3- Arugula
