Try living in the desert guys. Sand, scorpions, tarantulas, harsh winters, and coyotes.

I'm cracking up about "Fuck winter" followed by talk of place that, in my mind, are basically winter year round. hahaha I mean I know that is not the case but when I, at least once a year, think to myself "man fuck winter, I'm moving to....." Canada has no place in the rest of that sentence. lol. But for real though, fuck winter. I'm ready to get out and do some paddling without the risk of me or my dog freezing to death.

I spent a couple weeks camped in the Mojave a few years ago in February. Definitely unique. Water frozen solid at night. Wind just NEVER stops and nothing to hide behind from it. After 2 weeks, I headed back to the mixed forests in the mountains. Camped only a hundred feet or so below the snowline was more comfortable than the Mojave.

I wouldn't mind a desert but if all things could be had I'd be in the forest with a big steel building in my backyard and a couple of greenhouses.
Gourmets for days and my output of actives would be immense. It's funny because much like catch and release fishing I'm in the cultivation game because it's just such a fun fucking hobby.

No Joke!! I don't live in a super hot area but we hit triple digits every year. I rarely turn my AC on. Usually only if there is company over. But pretty much from Oct to April I wear thermals under my pants and shirt regardless of what I'm doing. My body type does not lend itself well to retaining body heat. Plus I have a hunch that the fact my body temp is always running high means temps feel cooler to my skin than to someone with a lower body temp.

I like cold. I don’t put on a shirt to go outside for a bowl until it’s below -10.

Going outside in the winter is crazy talk especially if you're around Superior. If I'm gonna toot a joint it's right in front of my axial flow fan blowing into my old carbon filter.
All one needs is Skip, ubereats and delivery from the LCBO/beerstore. I'm a mushroom, I pop up outside when the cold is gone.

I take cold over heat, but I haven't lived anywhere below a hardiness zone of 6. I may be moving to the Appalachians this year so I hope I like the cold enough. Apparently can get below -20F

I used to work with a guy who wouldn’t put a jacket on until at least -25. I remember once a safety guy coming in wanting to piss test this dude cause he was working in a shirt in -20. I was just like “did he have a toque on? He’s not on drugs, he’s just comfortable.” Course that’s guy couldn’t work at all in the summer, had to take all of July off for sure.

Those are the kind of guys that wear shorts in the winter.
When I used to roid out I could walk around in a t-shirt no problem. You could see steam coming off of me. Whole pile of cattle steroids, thyroid hormone and dinitrophenol in your system and you can walk around in a hoodie sweating in a -40 windchill.
Ok now I wanna add some dnp to a muda bottle and see what happens.

lol yeah body type is huge. I was super skinny my whole life like 6’4 170lbs, then my late 20s I got up to 240. I’m perpetually hot now and temps that used to be freezing feel great.
For The guy asking about smaller fruits ime they’ll be slightly shorter and more dense but nothing crazy. Genetics and to some extent sub size seem to be the biggest factors.

I find that my body adapts to the weather, and does not like change. Used to deal with 100+F summers in 99% humidity working/playing outside in the South. Now I get agitated and overheated FAST if it's 70+F after living in a more temperate climate for a few years.

I'm a welder so I have a slightly different opinion... im a smaller dude, 5'8" 160... but im usually inside a metal tank or underneath a machine, literally holding a tiny Sun in my hands... I don't even have a jacket anymore... winter is the only time im comfortable all day long... summer's can suck my pathetic little dick... im sweating from the moment I wake up... lol

The worst has gotta be when I see guys doing roofing and it’s 117. I’ve gotten blisters from grabbing my steering wheel and my neighbors toddler ran outside barefoot and got second degree burns on its feet during summer. I’d heat stroke out so fast.
I just rolled some PE cakes in coir and crammed them back into the jars to try top fruiting for the first time. I have a not so great history with cakes so I hope it works.

I keep reading 70% is preferred, but I've got both laying around. Any reason you prefer the higher grade?

Yeah I dilute it into 72% with distilled water instead of 70% but you are correct. I preferred a slightly higher concentration which is why its 72%. You wouldn't expect it but that slightly higher iso compared to 91%/70%, that used to be available to us but recently its been super fucked on the market, does measurably better at keeping things properly sanitized.
