If you have the same luck I had with the foggers they start off great and then cut down to about half of their original output then just crap out completely. You come into whole new challenges when making a bigger room and since you have everything going so well I would just keep things as they are until you need more mushrooms. Your fogger will just run a shorter amount of time which the shorter time the better.

Not sure if straw is successful. They like wood. You should be able to find some somewhere nearby.

 I thought you used just straw for all buckets, so how is that lions mane bucket made? I have never seen LM on buckets because the sawdust must be sterilized from what i have read.

I just pasteurized the wood chips by dumping boiling water into them while they were in a tote, and then let them cool overnight. Afterward I layered them in with LM sawdust block into the bucket.

Nice i didnt knew you could bucket tek sawdust, will defenitly do that when i gey my sawdust, i can find easy but just pine. Will try to grow king oyster on straw meenwhile.

Teeth are long enough to be dropping spores. Best to harvest when they are about 3/16" long. Pick em.
