That area circled in blue,,,, is that bacteria or just tomentose growth? (This agar plate was made with 500mL water>8g dog food>8g agar agar)

This is another plate I’m wondering about...

I was able to pm someone and they explained that mycelium can switch back n forth between rhizomorphic and tomentose growth...
Sometimes I have a hard time deciding wether it’s a bacterial plate or not. Especially when they look like this second plate..
Still don’t know what a/b tomentose xfr means... I’ve been searching as well as pm’ing....
