Due to the presence of an annulus I'd suggest P. semiovatus. A bit confused by the reddish stems and tooth-like veil remnants along the margin, though.

There's no such thing as Panaeolus semiovatus var. Papilionaceaus.
There's: Panaeolus semiovatus var. semiovatus
Panaeolus semiovatus var.phalaenarum
Panaeolus papilionaceaus var. papilionaceaus
Panaeolus papilionaceaus var. Parvisporus

I'm inclined to think the good MpSeph is joking.
That being said, I see there are some finds of P. papilionaceus on MO with an annulus, so I wouldn't be surprised if it is actually that species.
Let's see if someone else might have some opinions.

These Pans Do Look Strange Though, They Look Like A Mutation Of Paps, Ants, & Semi's Altogether
Either Way I'd Just Call Them Inactive Panaeolus Sp, Very Cool Finds Though OP

I'm leaning more towards papilionaceaus the more I look at it. 3rd row looks like classic Pan. papilionaceaus
