Transparent mycelium slowly fills in on agar

This particular myc above started off with a transparent edge or border that slowly fills in with the mycelium. I put some extra coloring in this agar batch but I cannot tell if this is some contamination or the coloring interefers with the myc. It looks like its struggling. For example, the arrow pointing at (1) shows a section of the mycelium that haas had healthy growth from the start.

Same here. Mostly a border of what started out as transparent mycelium which later filled up (It will fill more until it's 100% white) and a section (2) that started healthy from the beginning.
Anyone dealt with something like this before?
recipe: 500 ml water with 10g agar/7g LME

I swear I thought the same.
Those plates are probably fine, they need a bit more work.

My AA+ looked like that after 2nd transfer. After the 3rd it was very uniform with a lot less sectors. 2 different donors to 30 plates each. I now have 60 copies of very uniform fast colonizing AA+ I have tested and fruit nicely in my myc fridge. I have in the ballpark of 100 of my ksss mono as well.

So many plates! What's your process from there?
I've been making 2 transfers and 8 master jars per healthy plate. G2G x10 = 80 jars = 20 bins per plate. What do you need 60 for?!
