Is this not fully colonized (pic) ?!

I inoculated this jar 25 days ago and its almost a week it it didn't colonized any further, I mean those spots where the grains are sticked to the walls look like they're not colonized. Is it just the surface of the grain looking like that and it is colonized from inside or in it not colonized and if i spawn it it will cause contamination ?

Those grains look bacterial. Wait for some more replies but I wouldn't use it myself

It’s bacterial for sure. But I would still spawn it, nothing to loose

Why are u so sure ? What is it about some uncolonized grains that makes it bacterial ! I had the same experience for the last grow but it was on top of the jars and I could easily scratch it with a spoon and only use the colonized parts but here its not possible to grab those.

everyone likes to say jars look bacterial but even if it is it's probably still spawnable as long as it doesn't look like shit, especially if it's your only jar. Starting out it's pretty hard not to have spawn with a little bacteria in it, especially since the teks most people follow leave noobs with very overhydrated grains since they haven't developed an eye for it yet.
The burst grains pressed against the glass don't look great, not much to be done about that though. There's some rhizo growth and it doesn't look like there's a lot of bacterial condensation or metabolites or anything like that so that's good, especially if it's been like that for a week. If it were really bad you'd have yellow metabolite liquid being spit out everywhere. Overhydrated grains like that can be good environments for bacteria but doesn't always mean it'll be bacterial. Next time don't soak your grain as long or dry them out better before PC'ing but otherwise looks fine for a first try to me.
If you're super unsure you can shake it up and see how quickly it recovers but it should probably be fine.

When your grains appear wet/smashed against the glass like that, it's bacterial.
If you inoculated the jar with a MS syringe, that is most likely the cause - if you used a clean culture from agar/LC, I would look at your grain prep as the next likely cause.
You can still spawn this to bulk, but I wouldn't try to expand it to more jars.

I actually shook it 2 hours ago. If its healthy how long should it take to recover? 3 days ? It is not my only jar looking like that , I even thought it would be because of being dry! U can see some condensation alike stuff on the jars wall but its actually the agar pieces as I thew in a hole 60mm agar plate there haha.. let me upload some more photo of other jars , that might be helpfull

Healthy jars recover in 24 to 36 hours. It looks like there is some bacteria in there. You could still get a couple flushes with coir.

it should be recovered within 48 hours if I recall correctly, haven't done test shakes in a long time though.
Condensation is normal, but water looks different than bacterial condensation. That stuff looks more like a clear gel condensation. Ive had jars with loads of that but no metabolites so I spawned it anyway and it was fine. Smell, discoloration, and metabolites are the biggest indicators of bad spawn imo. Those burst grains against the glass are not always indicative of bacteria, its just a grain without a hull. The mycelium only uses nutes in the hulls, not the starchy middles, which is why it won't colonize those grains, also they're probably squished flat against the glass and the myc can't get around it.
There's a correlation between burst grains and bacteria because burst usually means overhydrated and overhydrated is a better environment for bacteria to grow but there are a few TC's who swear up and down burst grains are fine and actually think the extra water is beneficial. But at any rate correlation doesn't mean causation.
the second pic you can kind of see the gel like condensation i'm talking about. But honestly it's fine, don't even shake those ones just let them finish colonizing and spawn them if the first one you shook recovered.

Cool, so I'm gonna get fruits , but if I shake them prior to spawning will it cause the potential bacteria to spread more ?!

Yes I also think its just a burst grain sticking to the wall, that's a good plan im waiting to see what happens to the jar I shook. But im afraid It'd be misleading as that jar i shook felt à bit dry and if so its gonna take a while to recover and leaving me to think its bacterial haha.. anyway its the only way to go. Aw really ? The myc only loves the Hull ? So oat can be a better grain to choose? I mean it has a lot more hull compared to the same quantity of wheat ! I only have access to wheat and oat

Be careful with those jars they do look like they have baddies in there. I would spawn them all in their own separate shoebox just in case.
Here's some great examples of what it should look like. There is of course a great contrast between our jars. if you notice your jars are more gray than white. which indicates you're not working with cubensis/psilocybes and its mold.
