**POST YOUR BITCOIN/ALTCOIN NONSENSE HERE**

Anyways.. I know I've ghosted this place for years because my life took off on different levels but I will always adore this place and all you fine fucks and fuckettes.. still lurk occasionally and I'm hoping to get back in the groove a little on here now that I gots me moar clock ticks.

Someone give me a run down on how to work binance because I really want to dive into this garbage already.

Made money off coinbase but it's just not enough for me anymore so I'm ready for deeper levels.

And go!

We had a massive one that fell off when exceptional growth faltered and fell off a cliff.

Supporters had been denying that it was a pump and dump and thinking that by this time btc would be worth $300,000
:smilingpuppy:

Tho it has been growing again and that is likely founded on slightly more concrete ideas. Like... Global panic and looming depression and economic collapse.

A forum EVERYBODY SHOULD WATCH.

Gold, Crypto, Cannabis Investing, the forum has surprisingly good advice to add a zero or more to any sum you put in.

Bitcoin threads are the leading indicator that the price of bitcoin has peaked

The issue with bitcoin is.. everyone thinks its gonna tank but gotta remember.. it's the internet golden days..

As long as the internet is around. Bitcoin is only gonna keep going up. Which is exactly why I'm so into it.

I knew it was gonna explode back when the silk road was operating and all that chaos unfolded.. was watching that like a hawk.. I was forced to choke because i was too young and absolutely broke and I'm still kicking my ass about it every single damn fkng day.. and i forever will.

And Im calling it now, the more the mainstream catches on.. the more bitcoin is gonna explode along with alt coins...

Once cannabis is legalised federally, that's gonna explode as well.

The price pumped up by the people who control the price of bitcoin (remember a very small number of people own a majority of bitcoins) then they sell and leave the little guy holding the bag. Bitcoin is a scam to rip off small players.

They said the same thing about America online as investors made millions on that price run up.

There really isn’t anything to it. Nothing special at all.

I said that two years ago when it was in the middle of the last big pump and dump. I was right. Anyone who bought at 17,000 two years ago lost their shirt, and I doubt anyone held on for two years. Millennials don’t have the psychology for long term investment:

I’ve been doing this kind of thing for 30 years. When everybody starts talking about an investment, that’s the time to sell. It happens EVERY FUCKING TIME.

And bitcoin is the most manipulated equity I’ve ever seen. It exists to move money from stupid bit players to the people who control the majority of the assets. It’s a total sucker play.

Day trade bitcoin. Do not use it as an investment.

It does hundreds of those dips and ups each day, that means hundreds opportunities to buy low sell high and skim profit, isnt that how it works? But if I really want to make money I have to dump like 10k into one of those dips and hope it comes back. Bit based on the pattern it should, but maybe it wont

To make it safe maybe you always sell off all your bitcoin at the end of every day, never go to sleep with any  bitcoin. Dont worry if it goes up or down in the long term, your only concern are the tiny dip and rises that continue exist for the life of bitcoin. You could set goals like "I want to skim $100 profit off bitcoin buy and sells per day. Then at the end of the day all your bitcoin is sold.

You need a good exchange and decent software to play that game. My friend has bots to do his trades. He’s also broke so there ya go.

Like iterally I have these kinds of convos:

“I just made $35,000 on that trade”

  “You should stop.”

“No.”

Two days later

  “How’s bitcoin”

“I gotta go to the atm and put funds in my account”

Vix is the volatility index

The thing about bitcoin though is your bitcoin value will never hit zero, unless the internet dies maybe.

So to me its not as asinine as thinking you can make a living playing poker

“As long as there’s an Internet, AOL stock will never be worth zero”

You may be right only because there are a lot of bitcoins that will never be traded due to lost passwords

Maybe someone can answer this question... who is going to process transactions when there are no more bitcoins to mine. Bitcoin transactions are increadibly resource intensive and short of the invention of consumer quantum computers, unsustainable.

The last bit coin won't even be mined until like 2140

So don't worry, you'll be long gone.

Likely, they will fork the existing network with a version that has either more bitcoins to mine and different resource requirements or some other model that promotes the existing upkeep of the ledger through a system of paying miners. On the original fork the last coin should not be mined until well after 2100 theoretically, though it may be forked earlier. Being decentralized, this means that mass adoption will have to take place. The miners will follow what's appropriate, but that doesn't mean the old network ceases to exist, just that it's not as valuable as the new fork on the market and possibly shunned by large trading websites.

I just decided to put some money into a bitcoin ETF that owns like 2+ billion bitcoins.

A little bit of a cushion there, and much easier . Up about 10%

I dont think sitting on bitcoin is worth anything, I'm going to try my hand at this dip up game I think I'm going to put 1k on the line and experiment, but the main rule is to always sell off all bitcoin at the end of each day and never hold any overnight, or never hold bitcoin without your eyes on the price tickers. I'm going to make a goal to see if i skim 50 bucks profit each day. And I'm not worried about losing 1000 bucks, if it goes to shit I'll just have to wait and leave it in bitcoin form until it gets better again. Any sale of bitcoin should only be done if profit or breaking even is possible

Yeah but you can do about the same thing more quickly and easier through a bitcoin ETF and any online stock trading platform for free- no fees.

Is $50 profit a day worth staring at the computer all day? Your best bet is to try swing trading and if you get left holding a bag then just hold it long term.

In other get rich quick schemes there is almost $1,000,000,000 being offered up in Mega Millions and Powerball together. I didn't win Mega Millions, but have 3 picks for tomorrow.

I'm also swing trading some Dogecoin right now. Getting back into BTC when it dips back to $20,000 area.

I bought in at 17 and now it's at 41. Seems like easy money to me

I dont think it will take all day to skim off 50 bucks. But that's my first experimental goal, to see that I can repeat this 50 buck skim many times without making mistakes. Then I'll go for 100 a day or 200 per day just using larger quantities of money. We'll see what happens.

This way I dont have to care what the price of bitcoin is at the start of each day, I only prey on the dip ups and downs no matter the price. Actually if the price of bitcoin drops more it means I skim off the money faster
