Does anyone else need LSD for their body, regardless of what their mind makes of it.?

Hey, I've known this for a while - but I think I need LSD to function. It stops me 'going to sleep' in my day-to-day worries and troubles. When I take LSD I am very much in my body, and not in my head. It's an Incredibly physical experience. Without it my posture suffers... and I just hunch over the computer gaming or researching and being completely sedentary.
But when I take LSD - one of the first things i'll do is get my massage/physio equipment and fix my body. I'll then listen to music for 6 hours dancing and doing physiotherapy. As my time 'sleeping' really takes it's toll on my body. I have CPTSD/DTD a pretty awful mental health condition.. and between that and my anxiety I end up really hunched and am experiencing muscle tension 24/7 from my fight/flight response being turned on the entire bloody time. For this reason I vaporize CBD all day as it eases my muscles.
But eased muscles is no good to me if I spend 10 hours hunched over a computer and zoning out - not devoting any time to fixing my body with stretches, yoga and massage e.t.c.
LSD is the only drug that does this for me apart from DMT. But DMT is too strong to have a stretch on e.t.c. I've tried and I hurt myself even though I was lying in bed.
I'm either awake, in my body. On LSD or I'm switched off and unaware of my body which is getting in bad shape. So I think, I'm going to start microdosing every single day. maybe 10ug. I read that I think it was hoffman said that if LSD hadn't been schedule so harshly it would have been used for ADHD instead of amphetamine. I don't have adhd, but I need something that keeps me focused in a somewhat similar manner. I've had periods where I took LSD everyday, and frankly. They were the best times of my life. I stopped as my psyche started to unravel a bit. Maybe if I microdose every other day then I'll have a better run before the crazies start settling in.
Interestingly I don't find LSD very deep. I find mushrooms 10x stronger in this regard than LSD. I've done 400ug trips and not much changed for me. Don't get me wrong I get a great trip out of it. But it's not very spiritual it's more of a getting back intouch with my physical senses type expierience. I dissociate heavily in my day to day due to my mental health issues and LSD gives me a choice to focus on the here and now. Normally I'm too easily distracted to do this for more than a few seconds. I really think I need LSD for my physical health, to stay in shape. It also puts me off using computers which really ruin my back. I took 100ug tonight, and I wanted to type this message. But then i'll unplug the computer at the wall so I'm not tempted to use it. LSD is anti technology for me. The two do not jell.. and I know which one I prefer

I know they do. But I get lost back into my day-to-day stuff. I'm unable to achieve the connectedness to my body that I do whilst on LSD. I've been trying to integrate it for 10 years with 150+ LSD trips. But alas, I still go to sleep within a few days of my last dose.
LSD keeps me awake and aware. I'd like to not get so lost without it and take it's lessons with me but i can't. Anyhow i got some tripping to do : ) must get off the computer..

I've had this kind of thought when it comes to oral DMT, trying to use it as a medicine, plus it has no tolerance and can be easily altered by the addition of plants/compounds/supplements and such, so i feel like one could make it more medicinal and less in the way of psychedelic. That's for future experimentation though, but it seems like a good idea worthy of trying out. If i could find a way to make things consistent and clean and functional, which i do believe is possible, i could definitely use oral DMT as a medicine. It really can enhance things and make you more aware of things, and it's easier to do things differently than to do things as you usually would. It's very good at connecting you with the body and able to notice all the subtleties and can motivate you and allow changes to be made more effortlessly/easily. It's one of my main goals to at some point really experiment around more with oral DMT using admixtures to make it more medicinal, like a nutritional supplement of sorts.

well, it can be made into something it is not using the slightest bit of imagination.
If I were planning a trip to mars I would be certain to bring along way too much LSD because I also consider it indispensable, but I know that is just because I like being on it, and like myself and others better when I am on it.
I am 3 days out from my last mini dose, so good to go any time now. but I know it is not essential, I am doing fine without it.
And YES body body body. trails, and resonance.

In some countries we are allowed to grow pot now. If it fits the rest of your garden - great! I keep an orchid going these days, nice to look at.

OP, I got similar issues. I found my symptoms of c-PTSD vanish for at least a couple months or so if I get the dose and trip correct
Cannabis for PTSD is a bandaid for a hemmoraging wound--LSD is surgery

yeah.. man I'll say this dude as a long term psychedelic user and LSD enthusiast as well as a Double Major in Phil/Eastern Religion. I spent... 6 months studying totally celibate and meditating and sitting for hours every day. And as much as I found that LSD helped push my pursuits, it takes DECADES to ever try to glimpse actual liberation out of total sobriety the way we have it with LSD. Don't push to far because you may never get there, but don't stop out of fearing you won't get there.
