Hi guys,
I want to make one or two transfers from each of the three dishes, which area would you suggest to choose the transfers from and why?
What are you looking for to isolate the healthiest genetics?

I know there are more important transfers happening in the world right now, but anyone got suggestions with these?

Well those are all transfers that came from other transfers which have been showing bacterial issues and some (especially #1) or all of them showed slight bacterial issues too after they have been inoculated.
So my goal would be to make sure that the next transfers will be clean. Although I gotta say, I have to learn more on how to identify and be sure about it, how a clean plate needs to look like. So thanks for your feedback, it's assuring that I am on the right track
Sorry that my question maybe wasn't as clear as it should be, as I got the feeling that it's getting better.
So let me make it even more clear than before: 1. What part(s) of #1 would you consider the most healthy candidate for a (hopefully) final transfer for inoculation / makeing a slant?
2. As #2 and #3 are of the same mother plate, which of the two and what part(s) of it would you choose for the final transfer for inoculation / makeing a slant?

Haha okay, maybe I'm too perfectionist about it, the mycelium seemed to overcome / outrun bacteria. I think one can still see that it had a fight especially on #1 but on #2 too. So I guess I dare only to throw healthy wedges of them into grain jars.
Anyway, cheers for your support man
