You really should do a spore print to be sure. Jet black print is what you want to see.

Spore Print It OP, It Does Look To Be A Panaeolus Sp, Spore Print Would Help Determine Which, But With These Kinds Of Pans, There Are So Many That Resemble Eachother Macroscopically, It's Hard To Say Which Sp, Without Microscopy.

He said they are growing directly on horse dung. Considering all the possible genus that could be growing on a dung in southern Europe, only Deconica and Protostropharia could be involved, but it's none of them.

I Agree It Could Be Cinctulus Or A Closely Related Active Pan Sp

So are gonna suggest which Genus is it at least, or you are just gonna repeat it's not Cinctulus ? Maybe you are right, but give us at least some ideas.
I agree on the stipe, it almost has Psathyrella written on it, but the habitat is off for Psy and cap expanded too much. i think ive seen some cincs with almost this kind of stipe.
That said, i would also like to see the spore print. And if possible, higher resolution pictures in the outsude light.

I can't make a positive ID based on these low quality photos, so we'll need to see better pictures to find out what it really is

I Agree The Pics Are Low Quality & The Stipe Has Psathyrella Vibes.
I Think Spore Print Will Help Atleast Rule Out Some Mushies & Help Narrow It Down

Those are NOT Panaeolus cinctulus!!!
Please post clear in focus pictures of the cap surface, gills and stem, preferably using natural light
