It’s doesnt say the aneurism ruptured. They can probably repair it without causing any permanent damage.

Wonder if they'll put that aside now with what's going on with Dre since they're Dre's two most acclaimed pupils.

And yes, as you said, is relatively easy to repair. But the issue could it may be bleeding instead of ruptured. Ruptures and you die pretty darn quickly.. Bleeds you coil it, spend a week in the ICU and you should be good forever.
