I find that the earth is very low quality now very mean very bad doing we have to be nice now treat others in a good way be kind it's not amusing anymore it's beyond amusing it used to be like don't treat others in a bad way but oh allright now it's like no don't destroy that way and that much cause otherwise it's over or even more lousy or bad wouldn't it be better we were kind and cleaned up some concrete things that work are meditation and yoga and cleaning up and being kind and treating others in a good way

Easier said than done. And about meditation - I believe it can have negative kick back if done obsessively. I do not think it is for EVERYBODY
That being said I agree with your sentiment

Orgone Conclusion used to report that meditation never worked for him whatsoever, but that was his position before he joined the shroomery, and maybe it has matured.
still it really does not suit everyone, and some people seem to be aware of their mental contents and not very attached just by nature which is very fucking good karma altogether AFAIAC.

It seems like a practice in concentration or focus. I always seem more focused after doing it. Which makes sense as thoughts sensations impulses are allowed to air out and run their course where the centering of attention or something like this recalibrates. Now this is good and well but ime done on the regular basis as a ethical duty of some kind or a commitment then negative experiences can be had. I don’t always want to be focused and calibrated in that way to use an example. In so doing it tends to have the opposite effect and get ls on my nerves.
I imagine someone committed to it that has found consistency has been able to overcome this. Or has simply felt more compelled to be about meditation.

the discipline to drop things for a slice of time may seem not worth the trouble until you have a serious challenge; and then you may kick yourself for having neglected developing the side of your character that can just drop something and be still.
but also you may have been doing something wrong, or overdoing the intensity versus the relaxation side of concentration, i.e. no gripping/grasping the chakkra, but allow a releasing at the point of concentration.

Swami Kriyananda, direct disciple of Yogananda and founder of Ananda, the oldest spiritual community in the USA, meditated, did prana breathing and yoga daily for over 50 years and wrote a dozen devotional books and did worldwide lectures, was booted from the community he founded for taking sexual advantage of women who came to him for spiritual and emotional counsel.
Very enlightened and advanced being on par with an immature 20 year old whose penis does his thinking for him

This is helpful, that is the technique and discipline of conventional meditation, you know find a cushion, cross the legs, fingers touching not too light or hard, gaze and head tilted slightly downward etc etc is all too much and requires too much discipline and too many rules dos and donts for me. Standard life already provides enough rules and technical protocols. As far as simply finding some time and space to be still there n mind and body as it unfolds is something I could probably do.

I can hardly understand how a mature male can possibly find solace in the throbbingly appealing women that consider his worldly presence fuckworthy.
It really makes me go, wow!

hey if all you do is meditate, do yoga and talk about those things with ladies around you, you might start to consider that it would be fun to have sex with them

If he was as enlightened as he would have people believe, he would have got pussy without causing disharmony.

There's dogma and corruption in understandings, but if you can feel the conjunction of a joint in your body, that's a chakra. The chakras in question are felt in the spine. That's where people have feelings and emotions.

Yup in the long run instinct triumphs over ideals frequently. Just do a web search on religious, Catholic, or Buddhist, etc. scandals.
Seems in spite of all the esoteric knowledge of Tibetan Buddhism, all the reincarnation crap, yoga, and so on there is no known effective technique for transforming sexual energy into anything else. And the same would seem to go for selfishness and propensity to abuse power.
But I know nothing about what the case is among shamans, of native peoples, who use ethnobotanical sacraments.
Presumably, those who remained in monasteries, before women were admitted, stuck to "abusing" themselves.
It could be that something like the intense athleticism of Shaolin monks, is necessary to make celibacy work; but I don't know. It does however seem an interesting question.

I didn't realize we were referring to someone who did the sex disharmoniously. Tis unfortunate. Though, as laughingdog said, such incidents are practically universal..... grifty enlightnment sex schemes.
