B+ Isn't Worth the Efffort

My BRF cakes have been sitting in perfect fruiting conditions for almost two weeks. 100% humidity per InkBird. The cakes haven't dried out. The mycelium is still very much alive. I also have Golden Teacher and PF Classic spawning, and I have an unused syringe of Penis Envy. Can anyone tell me which of these might have better results? Anyone else have issues with B+ not fruiting?

Maybe they weren’t fully consolidated at birth. If they’ve not contaminated, wait them out.

From what I know, strains have marginal impact on performance.
You mentioned syringe and BRF cakes, so I'm guessing you're using a spore syringe (not a liquid culture). There's the culprit. Spore syringes are a crapshoot. The spawn you inoculate might do well, might do piss poor, or might contaminate. You can't know till you try it, nor can you control its performance. That's why you'll hear everyone around here talking about working with agar and isolations. It's the best way to select for good genetics.
So, you can't look at the performance of your BRF cakes and conclude that the strain you knocked it up with is superior/inferior. Every time you use a spore syringe you're rolling dice. Once you're ready, give agar and LC's a try. Good luck!

A very low temperature could be an issue. Right now it is winter here in the northern hemisphere. But I'm only guessing since there's not much information.

Strains or Variety isn't the issue for the most part, isolation is how you fimd aggressive genetics. Anecdotal evidence says my ksss is twice as fast as my aa+ but the fact is I spent a year isolating the ksss and 3 transfers on the aa+. Going from ms is always a crapshoot, I only ms to agar, anything else is a waste of time and materials.

I'm currently cultivating B+ shrooms via BFR PF tek. I'm in the colonialization phase and the jars seems to be growing well. I'm using a heat mat to keep the temperature between 68-72 degrees.
I'll report back my progress when they hitting the fruiting stage.
