Was more red than brown/tan in the orange for these I think. Thank you for the input! Could be correct as I'm very new to MYC studies just know it's more difficult to ID from photos even with experience

Here they are dried. I was wondering about Gymnopilus Spectabilis* edit* as its very possible some wood was decaying under the soil there.

Those mushrooms are not psychoactive, i can tell you that with 100% certainty.
Considering Spectabilis/Junonius, well recently i found out it's not psychoactive. That is, a guy (Rockefeller) who is authority in psychoactive mushrooms said so. I have yet to see a full study, I've seen abstract only, and he never responded to my post. Appearantly Junonius is not even to be found in the USA, only 5 different species going under that name, none of which are psychoactive, that study claims.
I just want to read the whole study, but I have no access to a full article, and he will probably never respond where can i find it.

I can't tell from the pictures presented, but they don't look like Gymnopilus spectabilis

More research into gyms shows a much sturdier/thicker stem than presented in these anyways. Certainly not gyms but fun to find and study. Thanks for feedback guys!
