It's not about bacteria with skin, it's about oils. The skin is basically sort of made out of oils. You want oils on the surface. You are actually not supposed to take a shower everyday because you wash off the beneficial oils. Every other day is better. It gives your skin a chance to get that oil layer on again. I shower either every 2 days or every other day or maybe if I'm super lazy I Will Wait 3 days but usually 1 to 2 days in between. My grandma told me that in her days in the 30s her and all of her brothers would use the same bath water and take a bath once a week. She said that's all anybody ever needed to bathe. She says nowadays she thinks it's the pollution as to why everyone now wants to take a shower every single day. I think I can attest to that because when I was living in Los Angeles county I had to take a shower every fucking day it was nasty. But then when I moved out of the county I only needed to bathe once every two to three days. your diet play is a really important part also in the way your skin feels and how dirty and toxic your sweat is. if you eat a really shitty diet you'll probably need to bathe every day but if you eat super healthy and unprocessed then you could probably get away with going more days between bathing. I hope there's no typos in this, I'm using voice to text.

I love black soap but I don't use any branded one. I just buy a pre-made one from ebay. I got 5 lb for $17. That's enough to last me about 4 to 5 years. It is the only soap I can use all year round without getting dry skin.

Sorry for the multiple posts, if you want to use really good product you should switch to either dog or horse products. A lot of people use horse shampoo. I use redken pure shampoo and conditioner and for my face wash I actually use a dog blueberry facial cleanser. the brand tropiclean makes some really good dog products that you should look into using on yourself. Most of the products for dogs don't have any chemicals in them. Sodium lauryl sulfate and any of the Lauryl chemicals are really bad.

Dissociatives as a class are some of the most impressive pharmaceuticals to ever emerge. If you take all dissociatives into account, from magnesium ion to memantine to ketamine, the list of things it treats is startling.
Theyre working on drugs to have the benefits of disociatives without the potent psychoactive trip, but it seems like with opioids for pain, ibogaine for drug withdrawal and psilocybin for cluster headaches that the entheogenic intoxication is crucial for the drugs main effects.
Mild use of anabolic steroids strengthened my tissues and gained me muscle that never wore off years after I quit taking them. I still have a by far reduced incidence to injury and much thicker biceps muscles. Likewise, dissociatives took away mybody dysmorphia for being fat, my social phobia, generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks, my fears of insanity and death -- and this stayed with me too over a year since last use. it turned a couch potato into someone swimming for hours 2-3x a week (except for this damn epidemic)

I've noticed this big time
when I was overweight and eating like shit and drinking 2 liters of soda every day, I had excessively oily skin and lots of acne
after years of clean years and maintaining a healthy body composition my skin looks healthier and arguably more youthful at 31 than it has since right before I hit puberty- from my perhaps excessively wishful point of view
i shower at least once a day though. i recently started using a sugar scrub my gf gifted me for christmas to try and address some mild to moderate folliculitis on my chest and back and that shit is working like a charm, i cant believe I didnt try it sooner

If you take plenty of omega 3 your skin will become super soft also. And keep your water intake up.

I heard that there was a period of time in Steve Job's life where he barely ever bathed and I guess he said that he could get away with it because he ate like all organic and super crazy fucking healthy and I guess he would go long periods without needing to bathe. You could probably learn more about it on a search engine but this is just what I recall.
