NFL Playoff Scenario

|
|
Saturdays games Colts vs Bills 12:00 kickoff No way Colts win, Rivers always chokes in the playoffs
Rams vs Seahawks 3:40 kickoff No Goff no win, Seahawks by 7
Washington vs Buccaneers 7:15 kickoff No way Bucs lose this game, Brady will torch them
Sundays games Ravens vs Titans 12:00 kickoff This one is a toss up but i think Lamar will be to much for the Titans
Bears vs Saints 3:40 kickoff A well rested Kamara means a big win for the Saints
Browns vs Steelers The only reason i am picking the Steelers is because they are playing at home
Post your pics sports fans

Ravens haven't been very impressive & the Titans aren't extra strength either, so it's a very 50/50 pick.

Well, you were definitely right about Rivers. Not to even get into field goal position was pathetic. Wonder if he will retire this year.
For the Steelers Big Ben will recieve 41 million next year. Doubt he will.

I'm betting on the Packers for the first time in my life. I made the bet before I knew who they were playing. Are you giving 7 points for extra money?

Brees is old and was really fucked up. Pack is iffy to me this week just like K.C. with Mahomes concussed.
Will see. Not touching any of these games but if I had to choose one it would be Green Bay again. Just going to sit back, get fucked up, and enjoy these with no money pressure.

God I am bored. Living in an apartment during covid year, even though it is a large one, if one sits around to long idle feels clausterphobic to me. On to Wendover and jacuzzi room. 550 on the Pack. Think they can win by 7.
Like that bet a lot more than K.C. plus I don't like K.C. Am OK with Rodgers getting two championships in small town Green Bay. On with it.

Sorry Paw Paw. Says I must be invited when clicking the link. Do I need V.I.P. status? Lol. Shit I am in a good mood. Deciding what car I want to rent on the speedway. Won't be a convertable. 120 on an endless flat road. And nowadays will be sober until I am at my hotel room. Can take a speeding ticket, but doubt it will happen. One can see for miles on this endless, straight, flat and boring road. Please Packers, please. Make this worth the journey.
Can you vote for people to be mods? I never want to be one but am on your side. Just don't ban me. I can't even post my sig. How do they even assign mods on the shroomery? Have been on and off it for over a decade and still don't know.

Feeling better despite the Pack losing earlier in the season to the Bucs after watching this. Should be an entertaining game. And yes some women like to show off their tits but that is besides the point.
Love the line of T.B. having to defend a Q.B. that can throw it anywhere on the field and not just to the line of scrimmage, cracked me up. On with the game.

Yeah, on the fence with K.C. and leaning with the Bills on this one. Really like the Packers against the Bucs and Brown is out. Not that it matters so much, washed up player.
Just feel sorry for the massive amount of betters that bet early and if Mahomes doesn't play. Or if he does being concussed after just one week don't think he will play to his MVP level standard. And Josh is amazing though I hated that flop and started calling him Manu from the Spurs, the all-time king of it.
Should be interesting. I better not eat crow on the Green Bay game. Don't think I will though.
Superbowl on the 7th. Hope it is a Packers-Bills matchup. Bills D is so under rated and think the Bills could finally win one. If that fucker just beat the Big Tuna and made that field goal before the Cowboys endlessly boring year after year Superbowl blowouts, just glad the Pats have no say in it this year.

I am so glad I didn't go. Could of taken the loss easily. Just, the same jacuzzi room was available for the Superbowl.
Be able to take a loss. Still, lucked out in a different way today. Feel like Matthew in that gambling movie and that scene where he was talking to Pacino and lost 9 of 10. And Pacino just said you should just bet reversed. Made me laugh.
Momentum. Goes both ways. I can eat crow.
Bills and Pack, what a letdown and Mahomes wasn't as concussed as I thought. Thought they would at least give them a game. and the Pack with Rodgers on 4th and goal on the 5 down 8 and kicking a field goal. That pissed me off, play to win.
So, on with it fat man. Kick a man when he is down and thank God I wasn't in Nevada today. Should just ride the Jazz. But hindsight is easy.

Never seen Brady so surprised and happy. Who do you like in the Superbowl? Will be going with Tampa Bay so better go opposite. Seriously I picked K.C. to win it all and think they will but hope Tampa wins it.
Why I am smoking a blunt with my favorite beer and possibly a woman in the jacuzzi with me. The world may be going to shit but, at least suites are available. And I didn't lose today. that will wait till the 7th. Can eat crow but that Green Bay game was hard to watch as well as Manu tanking with the D. On with it.
Wonder what the spread will be for K.C. Underdogs sometimes win fat man. With respect. Look at Andy. Strange actually wanting the Bucs to win. I don't get why the talking heads were ripping on the Bucs all year.
And would of been great if the Packers could actually have a decent offensive line. Got so tired of that shit. Endless sacks but don't go for it on the 5 in the 4th with what, 7 minutes left?

I for one am glad the bills lost. People started wearing bills hats again around here and thier fans were getting way too cocky after decades of sucking. Theyre like a dynasty of shitty teams and fridgid heartbreaks. I think their fans are like masochists or something. I think only paw is old enough to remember a time when they didn't blow ass then even then I think they sucked.

Shit. I will just flip a coin. Year of Covid. When anything goes bad, I just say, year of Covid. So if I choose to make a pick based on common sense probably go against it.
Blah. I really hate the Pack watching Rodgers and saying he had no choice on that 4th and five at the goal line. They aren't going to fire him and I would just go to my team if I was him and say, fuck him, run an out pattern.
And now the talking heads say he wants out of Green Bay. Would be great if went the Brady way. I hate this game. Was to fucked up to really pay attention to it but the end of it watching the highlights.
Yeah, fuck it. Why not let Rodgers helm it at the end? Buttttt..... what does it matter? Coach is a young mastermind and a future Andy Reid! God, I would want out there as well.
What is the experience and age of the coach? Anyone watch the post game interview with Rodgers? Fuck off. 3rd and 4th. And a exciting two point conversion try most likely. And most likely a t.d. in overtime.
God, what a joke.

You will live. 20? Really? God will burn one for your endless suffering over that play and misery. And I was feeling shit for posting going with the Packers on this thread
On with it. K.C., Brady was surprised as fuck to win that game. K.C. Anyone taking Brady and the Bucs? Going to fly down that road, guessing the spread will be 7 1/2 to lure one in but will see.
Covid year. Every fucking place is depressing.

I dont think any bills fans actually thought they were gonna win. I think they thought they would get to the superbowl. My buddy is a bills fan and his father was on his deathbed the last thing he said was his only regret in life was he never got to see the bills win the superbowl. My buddy said dont worry dad I'll never live to see the bills win either.

It is sports. I doubt I will ever see the Jazz win a championship or my U. No Miami, you don't have a trademark on it.
It is fun but still perspective in life. Norwood during their 4 AFC championships in the first one was their best chance. They have a lot of talent and a franchise QB. I just hope they are still playing sports of any of them in 10 years in the United States.
I am nervous to even have a kid and marry.

I had someone that lived thru the Bronx in the 70s that told me he never saw a dope scene like few years ago in hartford. N he said that the whole city was like on fire and everyone was on so many drugs nobody cared. As far as the whalers we used have season tickets next this old couple. They used show me black and white photos and stuff of the team back in the day. Old time hockey. Remember gordie howes number is retired in hartford. Anyway every single game was a total Heartbreakers. Except for the ones that were a total blow out and u left early to beat the traffic. Then the came back from impossible odds to win and as u drove away u would hear the stadium erupt and it got to the point u would just leave at critical hoping the would win if u weren't looking. Like u were some bad luck charm reason they were losing but im reality it was so much deeper than that.

Like ill say this about the superbowl this year which everyone knows is a bullshit year. I think KC is the better team. I dont like Mahomes only because ppl think he's some great quarterback which he's not he's a good quarterback. All I know is I've been a patriots fan my whole life before the Brady years. I would not bet against that guy singlehandedly pulling a superbowl out of his ass fourth quarter. I want chiefs to win but really I think Brady might get it done.

Yeah. Read both of your posts. You can't tell me you didn't enjoy that first superbowl win over the Rams. The rest, blah to me. Tony Eason, lol.
And I laugh when Drew got his ring as a backup after losing his job to him. Must be an endless story of a superbowl ring and saying I earned it, no, don't think he would of beat the Ramsl
Have no clue who to pick in this game. But think the O.L. will do a lot better for NFC TEAM! Bellie football. Joyless and miserable.

Oh how will he ever get by. Rodgers wants out of G.B. because of that call. Oh what wouldn't that moron do to even take one bill out of that pile? Idiot.
Would love to endlessly loop that to this dumb South Sider. My 20 dollars! Let us all cry for him. It is called gambling and when you turn into a man you won't waste your time on betting 20 fucking dollars.
Please, lets get a kickstarter campaign going for him. Lost all respect for him. Fucking baby. I just hope he can make that gambling debt on the South Side without getting his legs broken. Think he will have to resort to his mom's purse.

All the top ten QB's. Will we interesting where they end up. Think your guy in Indy, or wait the Jets, lol. Hope he ends up in Miami and not the Jets. Will see. I think Houston sports is going to suck for a very long time though if you care about the MLB the Astros are your only hope.
Though without the cheating, and I thought the Pats were bad. Lol.
Going with K.C. as well and send bitching boy a twenty to make his whining stop.

In all honesty, I thought I would never see the Chiefs win a SB either, so many years of a solid season and then hopes dashed as they were repeatedly crushed in the playoffs. There is something about that consistency of being good but not good enough that almost makes it harder as a fan - then you begin to believe that maybe they just dont have what it takes to take it any further. Then that year where they went 2-14, I conceded all hope. Figured they just werent a big enough market to ever make it. Even when Alex Smith and Reid came along I was like ok were back to maybe the playoffs and lose years.
Then Mahomes first year as a starter I remember a game against Denver and they were down significantly, and I remember this crazy play where Von Miller broke right through the line and was coming down on Mahomes, and like fucking Magic Mahomes somehow evaded that monster, and teleported the ball downfield, eventually scoring, and eventually winning that game. I swear, he broke the defense with that one play, and I was a believer, I knew we were gonna win a SB with him after that game.
KC is going to win. As much as I actually like Brady and think the narrative is set up for him to take this SB the way he always does, I think Mahomes is magic on a different level. He simply wills points onto the scoreboard, and he will break TB like he does everyone else. Point of this all is, any team can do it, any year if things just fall into place. Never stop believing.

Yeah, amazing he won a Superbowl MVP. Watching some games since he had a game season injury, just thinking if he was playing. Would of been different. Top tier players.
With the QB shuffle will be interesting where everyone ends up.
And yes, I don't like you Emill Packistan.

It is getting fucked up time!
Don't like the early spreads on it but think, I just might, risk a 20 on it, lol.
Seriously, this is my vacation and major bet. Couldn't because of Covid but it is open now. And this moron is not going with Tampa Bay. Shall see. Still a long way away.
And if I add my sig I will be banned as well from this forum. Such mercy to just ban me from the political forum this time around from Emilll the Pakistainian mod.

Best of luck man. Hope you win it. Makes me laugh like when I bet a grand and a woman stood next to me at the sportsbook with my and my brother bet and put out that amount of money in hundreds in front of me.
When my brother beat his spread on his game, my was over early for me. When he got his and just yelled in the casino YES!
Before that game was over some guy complained to me of not winning his 50 dollar bet in the sportsbook. I just looked at him like I could give a shit less. Learn to take a loss. My brother lost a grand once. He didn't bitch about it. It is gambling.
Like K.C. again as well. Will have a fun vacation. Even if I lose. Just don't bet, unasked for advice, what you will bitch about and learn to take a loss and sometimes luck is on your side. God, I couldn't even get out of bed for the Green Bay game and just watched long highlights of it.
But I do want K.C. to win. Just, the 7th, will be interesting what the gamblers go with and how the spread changes. As a fan, and a better, and one who can take a loss if it happens, rooting for K.C. Am a Broncos fan but I don't dislike them.
Someone talk that other poster out of his depression of losing 20 dollars. His life is over, lol. Perspective moron. NO ONE GIVES A SHIT ABOUT YOUR 20 DOLLARS!

I try and look at gambling as informed investing. I think a person who knows enough about football can gain an edge, even if 1% over the house, and thus stands to make money. Ive also gambled enough to know that variance goes both ways, and sometimes a bet can go outright just unlucky heh.
Ok for people to bitch about losses if it makes them feel better - I get it, been there. But personally I know ill make my losses up in the future, itll all even out to a spread of less than 1% in the end, or more hopefully if the spread is in my favor heh. over 100 trips to vegas in my life and id be surprised if ive lost more than 10k in aggregate, gambling, room, food, everything.. Call it the price of a good time

Not touching this game. Want the Chiefs to win though, should be an entertaining game during the year or longer of Covid.
Is amusing to have home field advantage without it in a superbowl. Tempting to take K.C., yet, after the Packers loss I don't feel so confident but K.C. is a superior team to the Pack but they have both of their starting tackles out so, yeah, just going to enjoy the game and drink a lot and hope K.C. pulls it off at a massive Covid Spread party!
Just joking. Will sit alone and cry and drink alone. So sad, just so sad.

Also you guys see Andy Rieds son and chiefs assistant coach Britt Reid crunched up a bunch of little kids or something in a drunk driving accident like two days ago? Wonder if that'll effect the game.

Wow. It will be on his mind of course. Reid is LDS which forbids alcohol and Y coach long ago. Is amazing having spent my life growing up in Utah how many do choose to drink and drug and we have one of the highest porn use in the states because no sex before marriage.
I will look up the article, am curious. Britt is fucked of course and that will stick with him the rest of his life, but he will have the best lawyers money can buy. Is the American justice system. Won't effect the game though but of course it will weigh heavy on Andy's mind during it.
So on to Covid Bowl 2021! Hope the Chiefs win and am buying and using only the finest beer and substances today of course. Lol. Have gotten an early start.
Wow. Just read the article. Talk about being all set for the game and a possible one of the best moments of ones lifetime to that. If that kid dies, wow.
"has left a 5-year-old child with life-threatening injuries, according to a team statement and the police report.
The 5-year-old remained in critical condition as of Saturday afternoon, according to the Kansas City Police Department.
Reid, who was scheduled to leave with the Chiefs on Saturday for Super Bowl LV against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, did not travel to Tampa, Florida, with the team."
Think it will be on everyone's mind but don't think it will effect the play. Just survive kid. It is only a sport. Plus why people with that kind of money drive when fucked up I don't get. Not saying anyone should but really, order a fucking limo if you choose if a taxi or uber is to good for you.
" The statement went on to say Reid told the officer that he had two to three drinks and that he also took prescription Adderall."
Don't want to hijack your post just posting the article from ESPN.

I was just thinking bout this. Maybe I discounted mahomes too early. I mean I know I picked Chiefs but I didn't think homes would really shine just kinda squeek it out. I still think we'll see a moderate to high scoring squeaker. But realistically the buzz in Mahomes head right now must be huge. I think we're gonna see a goat fight boys. Two goats enter winner takes all the glory.

Yeah I know ok but it still should be a good game and u never know maybe he wins this and gets a head on his shoulders. Obv he'll never touch golden boy Brady and all his records idk if he's even on pace for something like that. I was just excited about the game despite this fucking horseshit year that should have an asterisk in the record books Everyone knows Brady is washed up I actually have a very strong feeling fourth quarter he's just gonna pound it through the only thing is he doesn't have the patriots and bellechick with him. Idk I have honestly only watched a few games with Brady in Tampa. From what I saw they were kinda clicking but no where near a patriots level of offense.

True. Takes time but the possibility is there. But you have to earn it like Brady. K.C. is set for the long term. Some Superbowls I don't even watch because I guess back from the days when I was young the Cowboys reign bored me.
This one is interesting. Lot of Mahomes running around and great throwing on the run of course. Congrats to Rodgers on his MVP and his fucking coach that, kick the field goal on 4th. Playing not to lose never works and wasting one of Rodgers remaining years for two rings. Rodgers was so pissed off. But still didn't demand a trade but he made it clear.
3.5 dropped to 3. Lot of people trust in Brady. Some hedge fund guy bet over a million on it. Is all perspective.
Call me a moron, if you gamble it is a risk, learn to take a loss. Casinos don't care about whiner's. On with the game and good luck to you Paw Paw and the Chiefs. 40 block walk and sunrise this morning over the mountains. Life doesn't care about people playing a football game but it so much fun for those who have played that or any sport.
At pro levels, amazing. Time to get fucked up. 7,500 in attendance and nurses that Gronk was used as a puppet to invite but good for them. They need a break and I don't mean that sarcastically. Should be a great game.

I am changing my mind I am picking Tampa Bay and the Old Goat I guess i am to old school to bet against Brady and want him to get #7 SB win
I also think Tampas defense might be the biggest deciding factor in this game
The Bucs defense begins with their front seven, and that group looks strong coming into 2020. This offseason, Tampa Bay re-signed star veteran defensive lineman Ndamukong Suh on a one-year deal for the second summer in a row. The team also re-signed outside linebacker Jason Pierre-Paul, who registered 8.5 sacks and 16 QB hits last season, to a two-year deal. Pass rusher Shaq Barrett joined as a free agent last year, and broke out to lead the Bucs with 19.5 sacks during the 2019 season, and was then franchise-tagged this offseason. Linebacker Devin White shined in his rookie season, compiling 91 total tackles (second most on the team), three forced fumbles, and four fumble recoveries. White proved to be the perfect complement to veteran linebacker Lavonte David, who’s quietly been one of the league’s best defenders for several years. This offseason

Rest in Peace Marty. Interesting coaching career. Maybe the most conservative coach ever yet still successful but no super bowl wins. Interesting guy. Hope the best for him wherever he is now, and that makes an end to my posts on this thread.

Let's be honest the league wasn't doing so hot anyway. Also did you guys see Brady got boat drunk shitfaces throwing the Lombardi around acting a fool and was so shitfaced they had to carry him out there? I think he's on wierd Florida pills and stuff already. Florida is like a trap never move there. Very out of form do that shit at the private parties. Build a party trophy island do anything besides that who cares.

Don't mention alcohol on the Shroomery. You will be banned and/or judged. Brady was having fun in Florida. They are known for the drinking culture. Big Bill is not his dad anymore.

Wondering where J.J. will end up. He tweeted how much he is enjoying free agency but who wouldn't?
Taking private jets and talking about a large amount of millions, I don't blame him.

I'm not saying the guy shouldn't get boat drunk as a skunk now that he no longer could hack it up here broke down and moved to Florida to retire like all the other pussies. Guys the champion. I'm saying do that shit at the private parties. Little kids could see that u have a certain amount of responsibility
