Specifications: Capacity: 10L Rated power: 900W Rated voltage: 220V-240V Rated frequency: 50 / 60Hz Disinfection time: ≥ 30min Sterilization temperature: 100-250

This seems like a really bad idea because it would dry out your grains completely.

Even if they are already soaked and in jars? I was thinking instead of buying a new pressure cooker. Empty jars will sterilize well in it, but I am not sure about full grain jars.
I would have assumed that because it is sealed and the moisture cant really escape the jar that the grains wouldnt loose that much water and still be viable for inoculation.

Grain jars and grain bags are not completely sealed. They need FAE so they have poly vent patches (or polyfill) on them, thus the dry heat will get into the jars/bags and dry out your grains, at least thats what I predict will happen.
